Still waiting for an update on my Sports with black band 42mm...ordered at 08:08 I was hoping for an update today but looks like they are well ahead of schedule so I am happy enough!

This is true, i really liked the time-lapse faces shown, i think they would be great if they were on a black background of some kind to blend into the sides

First full day with my watch today and some things have already become second nature. Love having it on my wrist when in the car so i don't have to keep getting my iPhone out of my pocket when I get a message or notification. As far as the battery is concerned, I fully charged it last night before I went to bed. That was 11 O'clock and 17 hours later I'm sat here with 61% battery remaining. Which I'm very happy about.
On another note I actually saw a 42mm Space Grey for the first time in an Apple Store today when I was buying a second charging cable and although it was my first choice I'm actually happy I ended up with the 42mm AWS with white band. Might still change the band but I prefer the Silver over the Space Grey.

Dates have changed to July because we are now in May and they were reading June in April so I think it is just because the month has changed.
I'm beginning to really, really hate that "dispatched" that comes after "Processing items". It always seems to be the first thing my eye catches when I refresh.
A heads up to all the people still waiting for a model with a black sports band - after wearing mine for two days it is already showing signs of wear on the inside where it tucks under. Not a big deal as no one will see but something to bear in mind!

Yes mate, I'm more than happy with it. Have cancelled my other two orders now. I've just posted above to say that I saw a Space Grey in the
store today for the first time and actually prefer the silver over the space grey. May still change the band but I'll probably go for one of the thousands of 3rd party ones that will no doubt soon appear. Although I have to say I love the feel of the band. How have you been getting on with yours?

However, just been charged so I hope to see it early next week.
No this launch has not been a farce, no I am not angry at Apple, yes I think I just had to wait a bit because lots of people ordered a very popular watch.

Yes, loving it. Can't stop fiddling with it. Took it off the charger at 8am this morning and now at 16:20 I still have 77% battery
Expecting a big shipment on Tuesday because its bank holiday in the UK so there should be an extra days worth of stock arrive. Hopefully everyone will get there watch. In reality it will probably only be people who ordered 08:05 to 08:10 that actually get it!

No update and no sign of credit card charge.
I am hoping we will see movement mid-next week (as there are still 8:06s and 8:07s to finish off...
It's like waiting in a slow queue when you are in a rush *and* the person currently being served is taking ages for some reason *and* you don't even know how many people are ahead of you...

Got to agree with you on battery life - from 6am 'til now I'm on 70% - and as you can imagine with a new toy, I've been playing loads!
My new favourite thing (when not in public (that just sounds wrong!
)) is dictating texts. Super simple and Siri 'seems' much more accurate!
