ordered mine on the 11th just before midday, as they only shipping somewhere between 8.05 & 8.10 on the 10th June seems about right and a long way off, hopefully sooner but who knows keeping the :apple:faith, what about you when did you order, take it you are also an SG 42 BSB
 
i did and that was on the 26th April so you are going to be leaving this thread long before me! i thought i would wait and see what reviews were coming out..... big mistake, i made the mistake of testing one for 2 days aswel! gutted when it had to go back but that was only a 38mm WSB model :apple::apple:

haven't seen one at all but know its going to be great, really wish i had bothered to order on the 10th. in my spare time i work (voluntarily) on a new app, and one of the developers bought one i used the app on it for a few days to test for bugs etc, hated giving it back! on that note check out "rescover" its free :) and works with the watch as well as phone

and it was great! i can see it getting better as you get used to it over a couple of weeks!
 
nice, well done for giving it back lol. don't think there will be any changes to orders till tuesday now so am signing off, heres hoping there is a production surge over the weekend and we get some deliveries next week

Hi. please forgive my ignorance but why is there so much sympathy on here for you? I too have ordered the modern buckle. Just wondering if you know something I don't know about delivery of modern buckle? I assure you I'm not being offensive, just want any info of modern buckle as poss as I'm addicted to this forum and it's driving me crazy when people order in last couple of days and get delivery straight away.

Can I be your modern buckle awaiting buddy? ;)

Phew!! You had me worried there.

I'm going insane with this waiting. This sounds insane but some nights after getting involved in this forum I can't sleep - all this over a watch - this is the first time though that I've not managed to get a wanted apple device on launch day so it's a killer !!

Nice to meet you Adam. My name is Harry and I've not yet managed to pull myself away from this forum. I have even cheated and spent time developing the spreadsheet to occupy my time.

Now I fear there is no helping me. My only salvation is that one day an Apple Watch will show up at my door to rid me of this addiction!
 
:p:p haha i hear you, there were times from april 10th i told myself i didnt need this, that i could resist, but it pulled me in and on april 26th i relapsed, im not sure the watch will ever arrive but this forum gives me the support i need, without it i would be sat outside an apple store looking unkept with a can of beans and a tinny for company :eek::apple:
 
Looking at the Form, if Apple got about 150 space grey black Sports bands in over the weekend and put them aside for us in the macrumors forum, our orders will be fulfilled... Then they can concentrate on the others!!!!! Hahaha

Haha indeed. It's so interesting looking at the spreadsheet. Makes me wonder what % of the total UK orders we represent!

I also wonder how many get shipped to the UK at a time. Do they come in batches of 100, 1000, 10,000! It's hard to know but surely we should see our orders soon!

I've been asking myself this for over a week now haha

And it's a link bracelet for me, my other half feels your pain tho
 
I know. If they haven't dispatched SG BSB to many who ordered after 8.10 what chance have the rest of us got who ordered the days following. I'm frustrated it seems such a slow process
 
Caved in and preordered the larger one, steel with a black sports band. Estimated shipping is July so I guess I've got some time to wait! Still going to use my Pebble for swimming (with swim.com data syncing) even when the Apple Watch does arrive.

What do all these acronyms mean? SG, BSB etc
 
Hmmmm a know a couple SS = stainless steel SG = space grey BSB = black sports band and you can obviously change the first letter
