Thanks for the wiki. Havent seen it before and it looks like there are quite a few working methods. Now I think I understand why I had to call Verizon when I had to activate my gs4. I was moving from a ip4 to a gs4 and obviously I needed a simcard. I guess that upgrade meant you had to call them.
I'm going to try this through apple since it seems like the fastest way to get my phone.
that may even be a better way b/c then the AOL rep can't eff with the data plan, what do you think?100% sure
Here's a quick question on giving away these UDP lines: Do I have to keep the new line for any amount of time before I give it away?
The ones I sold six months ago I had for two year (and were therefore out of contract) so I don't know if there's a minimum amount of time to keep an account.
Based on the messages here and elsewhere I'm going to guess the line I picked up today can be given away immediately but just want to verify.

So suspending a line and reactivating it via online won't incur any possibility of an ill change to udp??? 
hahahahahahaha. I sure hope so!! Seriously, I have sold 1 UDP line locally and given the other one away to a friend. Not sure I am brave enough to try ebay but I will likely have to as I don't know anyone else who wants one.I have a feeling that you will get lucky tonight

Suspend it till you sell it
I was under the impression that you can't have a suspended line and then add a line. Is that incorrect?
You can still add a line if you have a suspended line, as long as the line you are adding *from* is not suspended. This means the number you enter into the apple website.
