Shouldn't you factor cost of activation and unlimited data plan cost into your analysis?
It gets about 200 more with 128gb regular 6. I got b/w 940 and 880.
So same return. More investment. But if you are lucky maybe a little more.

so i made a subaccount so i could get 10 lines at once like the great cnotes2019
on my 6th line i was getting a 6+ 16gb. Apple rep called VZW credit like cnotes said. they would't clear it and said I would have to pay 125$ to get the phone. The shiny 6+ called out to me and i was like screw it i'll pay for the deposit. AOL'd two lines so the total was back down to 4 total... Trying to add a 5th but Apple.com still asking for deposit.

I think you are supposed to call Verizon credit. I was told I would need to put down a deposit, but when I came to the Apple store to get the phone, they never asked me for it.
i had to reacquire a UDP line as well and verizon just asked for another 125. i think my credits fubar with verizon and all add a lines will need 125.
Ah that sucks, it's the first I've seen them so I was hoping that there was still a shortage of them with higher rewards.
I have cost of activation factored in at another portion of my spreadsheet. I also have the cost of plan per month. The entire one plan is really just a UDP factory that I created and don't actually use any of the lines.
I wonder what the bill will be like at end of the month. Activation fee is easy, data plan (which I don't touch either) maybe a f ing killer.
Higher rewards maybe for oversea buyers. Higher risk as well. I have not done one yet, I am chicken so couldn't tell you.

Can you AOL the line while it being suspended?
Don't worry, it'll take a while for it to drop off. I had same problem after I AOLed 5 lines out of my account and sub-account. Apple website still showed deposit issue but picked up with no problem. Then no more deposit. More than 5 lines will trigger Account Review. Weird since I called Verizon Telesales and I can have 10 lines without deposit issue.
From what I gather, folks are taking advantage of the Apple listing an UDP on their website for Verizon and scalpers are taking advantage of it and selling the lines and the phones. Am I right?

I still have an iPhone on preorder at Verizon and my line is unlimited data. I paid full retail and I'm looking to cancel it because I want a 6+.
Does the BB method through apple still work? Presumably I can cancel my preoder through Verizon and initiate a new order for a 6+ through apple using the known BB method. I just get a sim cutter (I have a gs4) when the iPhone comes and use my sim card to activate the phone. Last time I activated my gs4 I got some error msg and had to call Verizon to activate it. I'm worried I might run jnto the same issue. My line is also on a family acct.
Do I have the general outline for the process correct?

there is much discussion of that on the old thread that was closed as well as the slick deals thread. It depends on whether or not you want to terminate the line the old phone number is associated with.

Probably the AOL rep - tell them not to do the UDP at night and especially not at night during the weekend.
Are you filing an inactive pricing request to get the UDP restored? Or just returning the phone to get the line canceled?
