you need to use the imei on the new iphone 6. it will probably give you a compatibility error if you tried to input the iphone 4 imei. the sim is a long number. it's printed on both the card you pop it out of and the actual sim. on the nano sim it's so long that the number probably takes up 3 or 4 rows. just type it in order as you would read a paragraph. left to right line by line.Thanks for the fast reply. Also, is the SIM number printed on the SIM card? I thought someone has said that the SIM number isn't always printed on the SIM cards shipped by VZW, although I might be confusing my AT&T iPad upgrade with this VZW iPhone upgrade. Again, thanks very much.
hopefully it activates. some people get stuck with a pending activation after using their upgrade and arent even able to get to the screen to activate the sim.
no matter what you do, do not turn on that phone with the pre-loaded sim card.
