What is it that you are trying to do? That is on the verizon site. I though you were adding a line via apple.com?

Also you can paste a screen shot into Paint if you are on a PC and then use the eraser to erase any personal info or use the box tool to make a box around it and then hit delete. Then save the file and then upload it.

When I try to add a line at apple I get the error message "Your request cannot be processed please try again later" (or something like that). So I thought I would try to change my plan from the 1400 NW UL T&T but don't have any option at Verizon wireless except to switch to more everything plan. Don't know if something has changed on Verizon site or if it is the special grandfathered plan that I have that is causing the problem. Remember I pay less than $200/month for 4 UDP and one TDP...

And thanks for the paint tip. I use Photoshop but was too lazy to go up to my office because I don't think the top of the page had any relevance.

Where the eff were all these people 2 days ago who want $45/mo UDP MHS lines today when I can no longer make them?!?!?!!?!? I was telling these people this was ending and they weren't biting so I wasn't making lines and now they all want them. Sucks to be them b/c I am not giving up my 5 lines for personal use.

A week ago I had some people hemming and hawing over whether they wanted my any mobile lines that are like the best deal of the century, now they want them and I am not risking they will take them tomorrow and since I can't turn them into $45/mo UDP MHS I am not willing to deal with them any more. Really? You weren't sure if $82.50/mo on Verizon for basically unlimited everything was worth it? I had some idiot sprint user who just didn't know if they wanted to pay like $10 more per month to switch to Verizon. Hey bud, hope you like Sprint's crap network b/c you are stuck with it now!!!!

I would give it away and then make another and AOL the lines as fast as you can. I would milk this cow for all it's worth.

yes. And basic lines are only $10 to add to the plan.

If so then that is the problem - you won't be able to drop the texts yourself online and if you have a rep do it then you will lose the T&T $20 promo.

It seems to me then your options are:

1) Have the reps put the TDP line back on your FS and file an IPR to get the T&T $20 data promo back if necessary to get it back and your daughter will have to live with TDP; or
2) AOL a 450 minute, payg texts, UDP line and merge it into your FS and hope the T&T $20 data promo appears on the new line.

I thought that the T&T $20 data promo was line specific, but perhaps it is applied to the whole plan idk.

If it were me I would go with option 2 b/c I would not want to have to worry about how much data a teenager was using. The extra $20/mo would be worth it to me and there is the possibility the T&T $20 promo is applied to the whole plan.

For $45/mo you can replace your home internet as well as stream content to TVs. I use chromecast for the latter.

It is a $45/mo 4G LTE UDP MHS completely unthrottled on Verizon.

Actually I am not sure what would happen if you just activate another device on the line and then someone turns the new iPhone on with the SIM in it. Idk if activating another phone is enough to get rid of the pending equipment order.

Yes, they can merge the 2 lines into a NW FS plan. You just have to tell them how many minutes - 700, 1400 or 2000.

Yes, once you have a NW FS plan, verizon can add lines to it but they will have tiered data plan.

If you are on an individual plan you need to drop the unlimited texts to add a line.

Use the line that has UDP to sign in, not your main account number.

So I started with an out of contract Share More plan for my wife, myself, and data. We found this thread and opened new UDP lines for myself, my wife, kids and internet under her name. I kept my account open and used it to spread the UPD wealth to world. I had one line left on there as of yesterday and had thrown in the towel trying to get more lines so I went ahead and suspended it with the thought of maybe making it a MiFI plan.

I found out today on the thread that MiFi plans were gone so I thought I'd go ahead and see if I could find someone to take this last line. Turns out, the line had been disconnected and per the rep I talked to a credit had been placed on my account to cover the $350 ETF. I only did about a dozen lines on this account, nowhere near the numbers I've seen from other folks, but I guess Verizon decided to wash their hands of me.

Wow if you had Verizon UDP off contract, you've been with them for a long time, and they just ditched you....
I just need all of my lines out today, or just cancelling all the phones and lines.... no biggie....

It was actually still a 700 TalkShare, but yes.

I'm not complaining, saved me the trouble of AOLing the line, just struck me as a little short sighted...that line would have been going somewhere to be paid on for the next two years.

Actually is strikes me as very long sighted. Verizon doesn't want these UDP lines on their network any more. They got smacked down by the FCC when they tried to throttle us and now we are creating even more of them.

If this doesn't prove that the glitch wasn't intentional, idk what would.

Did it have a phone on it while it was suspended w/o billing? Did it have a PDI on it?
