Has anyone been able to receive an employee discount on the data portion of the $45 30 min. with udp?

Yes if you are a business account with 5 lines or more or an employee of a business with an account with 5 lines or more

The wise and prudent among us will listen to my advice.

It's very similar to a traffic stop you can try to tell the cop what the laws are (good luck with that) but it usually goes much better to be polite and not ruffle any feathers. I would never contact big red with a data device on a line. I carry a little modem bag with an old iphone 5, a MiFi, a USB modem, SIM tool etc and I can swap that smartphone back on the line on a moments notice if I need to contact big red
 

I entered my work email in and it validated, just no discounts showing up on MV yet. Didn't know if it took a while to show up. It said it can take a few billing cycles to reflect on the bill.

I have two $45 plans in their own subaccount. I entered it in one of them and when I went to go enter it in the other it said I already had one so hopefully it applies to both.

The biz needs to add you (or your number) as an employee to get the discount but we don't have employees so I don't know the exact process

What do you mean? Shouldn't I be all set after entering my work email?

That's all I had to do on my AT&T acccount.

we were told any Employees we "authorized" would get a 5% discount but since we don't have employees we didn't ask how to authorize any

You inspired me to try it out with my work email. It validated when I entered it and it's now showing up on MV. I have a NW share plan with two lines (with UDP)
 
I wonder what will apple do with all verizon iphones. I am sure apple must ordered tons of verizon iphones seeing huge demand for them.
If anyone needs verizon iphone and is willing to pay full price you can buy t-mobile verison it is recognized by verizon and works perfectly on the network.

No Just trying to go from my 8% discount to 25% . It is quiet easy you verify discount and the person forwards email to your address.
 
just an fyi, the corporate account manager is sent a spreadsheet of all participating account names and the type of verification completed (email addresses/paystub)

discounts apply to a 34.99+ voice plan and any associated data plan. only the first line, or first line on a family share, are discounted. corp discounts do not work on subaccounts.

So if I am the account owner and a relative is on my family share with me, can the relative give their work email to get the discount on my account? Would my name show up on the corporate account manager's list then?

Discount works for subaccounts as long as it is under your name and you can verify annually. I know... cause I have it on both subaccounts.

So does it only work on the first line of a FS plan but yet will work on all the individual plans?

You should as long as your discount has a feature discount. I get 20% feature with Home Depot. So UDP is 24.99.

But what voice plan are you on? I get a feature discount on my AT&T account for data so I assume I should on VZW too.
 
I have the NW Family Share 700, and I had the $15 loyalty plan. The discount applied to both main account and subaccount.

Hmm. There might still be some hope for me then. But I'm guessing because you had the NW FS plan you got the discount across the board.
 
Just picked up my iPhone. It activated fine by scanning right away. How long does it take for the phone to show up on my Verizon? Also, do I need to open it and activate it to show up? I plan on selling the phone and keeping the line.
