Even if they only scanned the box to activate? Its been about ten min and its not showing up .. It did say unlimited iPhone data when they activated it in store though.
Oh so VZW doesn't discount the data on add ons for FS but AT&T does. Interesting.
But if you had 3 subaccounts with individual plans they'd all get the discoint? That really doesn't make much sense to me.
If you dont turn it on it only shows a siloet of a phone and the phone number on your account. That's how it was with mine
So i turned it on it still won't activate. I did a test call and it gave me a message to enter a credit card to complete the call.

So I tried to register a myverizon account with the phone number and it says its not a valid number. Weird.. I'm too scared to call Verizon.
Edit activated fine now and shows on my Verizon UDP in tact! Yay thanks for all the help especially jules

pick up is not the hard part . getting it activated on verizon that's the challenge.

So when you say the AOL was botched, what happened? Did the rep remove the UDP upon AOL or did the system remove the UDP?
This is the way I see the discount. You get it on the most expensive line. i get it on the base plan and a feature. I only get it on one line. Which is my mine. My other two udp on the family don't get it. So it looks like this.
LINE 1 66.99(25%) + 24.99(20%)
LINE 2 29.99
LINE 3 29.99 + 9.99
Now if I were to add mobile hotspot to line 1 I'd get the feature discount as well. I hope that made sense.
Why is your second line so expensive or did you mean 9.99?
That's how I thought it worked. I just don't know if having such a low minute plan on both subaccounts will not make me qualify for the discounted data. Not sure if you need a voice plan 34.99 or higher to get the discounted data. If that makes sense.
No it's 29.99 cause I have udp. The family share plans include two lines of service in the base price. If you look at some of their older promotions it says it. So that $66 is for two lines. Then unlimited and then I get charged a line access fee on the third line. No you actually don't. On my subaccount I received the feature discount on the data because per their policy you can receive a discount on eligible features of 29.99 or more. since the data fell into that category I received the discount. Obviously I didn't get it on the $15. lol. it'll work cause it's not a person applying the discount. It's the system. All the system does is "if this then that."

Maybe it just takes a while to apply the discount sometimes? I verified with my email address on Saturday.
My disocunt is for American Financial Group which said was 19%. I don't know if that included features for sure. Is there any way to check?
It takes anywhere from one to two billing cycles to apply that's according to Verizon. But the only way to check the feature discount is to call.
Guess I'll just wait a couple months and see if it works. Thanks.
I know I've read somewhere that the 2GB, 4GB(double data promotion a few years ago) and 6GB Max plans don't qualify.
On the ME plans, only the data bucket gets discounted.
