I hate all of you who want a bigger iPhone. Apple is just giving the customer what it wants and it seems everyone wants a bigger phone these days and I hate you all. I like being able to put mine in my pocket. You all can suck it! Suck it hard!

You have got to be kidding me. So you don't want a corporation actually LISTENING TO IT'S CUSTOMERS? You clearly don't see that Apple is loosing customers to the bigger phones. Oh, I can put my Nexus 5 (5") in my pocket just fine.

People like you probably wanted a bigger iPhone in the first place, and it's finally starting to be real and your against it? So typical.

Just like the free to play market. You people complain that games cost too much, then developers cave in to your demands and then you complain that they sell stuff in game, even if those purchases aren't required to complete a game.

If this is legit, I guess I'll be sticking with Android. Way to big relative to the screen size.

I think you are the only human being on this planet that would rather go with Android for a SMALLER screen.

Camera and light sensor seem to have switched positions.
It's a larger iPhone 5S. No news here.
They should get rid of the top and bottom portions. Too much wasted space.

You do realize the speaker that you hold up to your ear when you talk on the phone is housed in the upper section of the phone right along with the proximity and ambient light sensors?

Then go get a flip phone. problem solved.

i wish the could take a design cue from this ... i love these bezels

leaked LG G3 image

Exactly, except it is not a G3, but a LG isai FL for Japan. Not perfect, but at least they are trying something new.

By the way, if that iphone 6 pic is the 4.7", what must the 5.5" look like? Something doesn't make sense here. Apple was so big on one handed operation.

You mean like this? Point is it can be done with smaller bezels at the top at least.

Um, no. You can mark your ****in' word all you want, there are plenty of us who will not be buying a larger iPhone. I vote with my wallet and I like smaller phones. It's the one and ONLY reason I bought an iPhone - because they put top of the line components in to a 4" device. If that changes, and they go with a 4.7" and discontinue the 4", my next phone won't be made by Apple. It really is that simple.

you can take your poverty screen size and stick to the poverty iPhone (the 'c' model).

do you also have a smaller tv?

bigger is better.

The top part of the bezel doesn't need to be so damn big. It's going to be more effort to type in landscape, and I have big hands. I'm excited for a bigger iPhone, but what is with Apple and their love for tall phones? If this leak pic turns out to be true, then this 4.7" iPhone is going to be taller than my Galaxy S4!

Sorry dude, that's always been a myth. As a girl, I'd know. ;)

It's what you do with it that matters.

Sure but does anyone seriously think Apple would go with asymmetrical bezels? I just don't see it happening.

"Poverty"?

Are you just perpetuating a long-dead myth for the sake of making a scene? They're not "cheap" in any regard, but your jibe was.

BB10 does not need home, menu, back buttons (which makes the big bezels even more annoying).

You don't even need to use the wake button, if the charge still lasts long enough for you.

Too big for pocket?

If this is real, it looks too big for my front pants pocket. If it is too big for my pants pocket, or for comfortable one-hand holding and basic use, I am not interested in it at all.

I'll need to make sure I have a fresh iPhone 5S before this one comes out.

Notice how I didn't once say I wanted a smaller screen? I want a smaller phone, with the same size (4.7") screen as I have now.

I knew there would be no retardedly small bezels. It's uncharacteristic of Apple and any iPhone.

This should be what an expansion of the iPhone looks like.
I threw this together before the screen panel leaks. Those "edge-to-edge" rumors are dumb.

auto layout constraints are a headache to implement.

Yeah. Autolayout should have simplified iOS UI design. But it has actually made things unnecessarily difficult!

I tend to ignore auto layout and stick to the old constraint based layout model, which is much easier and works totally fine, even for moderately complicated layouts.

If it looks similiar to that then count me in. I feel like I could use it with one hand. And if it comes in gold I'll be even more excited. I guess I'm in the minority in this thread.

I don't either. Symmetry is what makes Apple's designs better than designs of Android devices. Apple likes everything to be thought out and well-defined.
Jony Ive always talks about how the best design is with absolute shapes and not arbitrary shapes and curves. Perfect squares, circles, meaningful ellipses, parallel lines, and so on.

Well, I'm guessing thats the 4.7" one? Looks really big!! Guess we will see when its released. Hands on is always the best way, as looks are most often deceiving.
