Atlanta got its first white Christmas since 1882. We didn't get much, but it was enough to cover the ground and make for some nice pictures. Here's one of mine.

Of course, I couldn't take just one. The others are on Flickr. I still have some night shots to process where the streetlamps cast a surreal yellowish-orange glow over the snow.

Yes. It's there. The larger one takes a long time to load.

Ran out of space/bandwidth on Flickr. Trying to find an alternative that works as well. Not really liking the options so far. Perhaps I'll pay for a pro account and/or be more selective with what I upload. Current pic is now on Picasa.

Something about this pic makes me smile. Maybe its the colour and vitality and framing. Or maybe it's the fact that I'm still snowed in. Or, who knows, maybe it's listening to the cricket through the night as England pile on the runs... :D

Great view... but I'd want to be shooting it from the other site of that pole. There's gotta be a great long shot to take, too, with the tall buildings framed against those distant peaks...

Just a simple no-frills shot of my son on his birthday today. Can you guess how old he is? :)

It's load-bearing pole, if I take it out, the mountain falls apart and bury L.A.:D I couldn't zoom in because I'm using prime and the mountain was 10 miles away from Downtown. Here's the closest I could take a shot of (cropped).
