Yep!
As an ex-Apple everything boy... the cross over to android is painless, in fact refreshing.
Even the Galaxy S2 is better than this!
I would reserve judgement until this thing is actually released, and better photographs (both promo and in person) are assembled.
The exact same thing happened with the iPhone 4, and the naysayers were eventually proven wrong. Regardless, I actually think the phone looks very smart and professional from the images so far, and that can't be a bad thing. Apple's current design does not favour any particular market or age group, whereas phones like the Nokia Lumia are just aimed at people who try too hard to look 'trendy' (ultimately, doing the exact opposite).
Theirs also something quite organic and solid about the current design; not the plastic nature of other phones. It feels quality.
I don't give a flying *** I want more property on my screen to glide my fingers over.
What's more, Y NO MARKING OF HOW MANY GB, OR SERIAL NUMBER, OR FCC MARKS?
Call me a conservative old fart, but there are 3 thinks I really don't like about it.
1) different screen ratio
2) small dock connector
3) headphone jack on the bottom
But the overall design is very nice.
Regardless, THIS was the most beautiful iPhone concept ever. I really wish it got in production...

AntiLucifer said:A bunch of you girly whiners are truly pathetic. Until you use some Chinese kirf smartphones then you will realize how truly amazing the iPhone design really is. 99.9% of the smartphones out now are pure garbage in design and material construction. Sure they have massive screen sizes but if I wanted an ipad screen I buy an ipad.
You whiners take it for granted. You don't how difficult it is to design a phone like this and one that actually works without issues. If you don't like the design then buy something else. But to say its not innovative you're full of it. Design something else better than this and you can critic all you want. Until then you're just like a typical movie critic.
I hope not. That looks hideous!
Simple answer: no.
Buttons are entirely un-Apple, there are seams...
If this is it then I'm getting a 3GS instead. This thing is hideous.
looks like an ugly sony ericsson phone. The design is VERY un apple like, down to the seams and the buttons
going to go on a limb and say. no.
Seams are pretty hideous. Apple made a big point of removing any seams that it could between the 2G and the 3G. This is a major step backwards if it has seams.
the iPhone has no GB and Serial Number on the back ... and FFC marks need approval first, obvs
This is EXACTLY how I feel...about the screen and about Jobs. For those of you that think he was just a great marketing guy, read that book. He was essentially the ultimate in quality control and the reason why Apple's products were always more polished than everyone else's. He wouldn't accept anything less. Deadlines didn't matter. People's feelings didn't matter. He was a dick but we benefited because of it. He was completely uncompromising and that is what led to the greatness that we've come to expect from Apple. I'm very worried that a lot of things that are good but not great will be slipping through the cracks now and Apple won't be the same.
That doesn't make sense, the markings of it's storage have already been there. And how can there be no serial number? Impossible. It'd at least have been faintly visible.
Wouldn't a change in the width cause massive problems with the previous two resolutions for apps? I am definitely not a fan of changing the aspect ratio.

If this one is real, then it`s bummer. ... Some say iP4/4S it`s nice design... IT IS, but we have year 2012 already !
following your ideas guys it would be in 2020 like... new glass, same ip4 design, but well, ip4 design is great so what do you want.. right? right?
It`s called inovation, ... bring new things, like design and materials...
You dont have still FORD T on road, but hey it was a great design BACK then..
And don`t even get me started on how iP4 is ergonomically incorrect, slippery and with edges..
Jony is in London. He's giving the keynote at some British Business event tomorrow. From the looks of it they're going to have live coverage but I wouldn't be surprised if Apple doesn't allow his speech to be covered live.Apples so well known for Secrecy, nothing would suprize me. He's not been seen, quoted or talked about lately. Wonder if he's still at Apple.

I don't own any Samsung phones but come on...what are they really copying at this point? They're way ahead of the game at this point. The GS3 looks nothing like the iPhone. The screen is 1.3 inches bigger, the back is curved, the home button is completely different, they have about half the bezel of the iPhone if not less. They have many features that Apple hasn't even touched upon. I wish it wasn't the case but it is. Stop being ignorant. Apple needs to catch up in a major way.
These 3 smartphones have cleaner/sexier/simplier, more elegant and minimalist design
Nokia Lumia 900

Like others have said it looks too much like the 4/4S... I want something totally different.
