Still processing and no charge

Everyone is processing , charge or not.

My theory is each store gets there own list of pickups. Employees go in a charge the cards, your store just didn't do it yet

I ordered for delivery. I'm thinking of calling and trying to get store pickup.

Am I wrong that Stores won't have the 6+ in stock at all? I was wondering if I did store pickup, I could change it to the 6+ if I wanted - but if they won't have ANY stock, then I'll have it delivered

Did you order the 6 or 6+ initially

Pretty certain they are all considered online sales, and processed by Apple.com, not the stores. At least that is how it was with the iPad Air launch last year.

I could be wrong, not the first time. :p

Ya I doubt people in each store are manually running cards..
 
Has anyone had their phone serial number added to their support page in apple? Mine has not and was hoping to see it soon.
 
I pre-ordered through Apple, and when I log in to the AT&T website, it shows I have an order but basically no information about it. Furthermore, it says I'm not available for an upgrade anymore. Are any other AT&T folks seeing the same thing?

Not eligible for an upgrade either. A Future upgrade on April 15th 2016 may be available.

It's on the My Orders when logged into my AT&T account. There could be an order shown because of something I had done initially with the pre-order though. I initially had pre-ordered through AT&T, but when I realized I wouldn't be able to be home to sign for delivery on the 19th, I cancelled the order with AT&T and pre-ordered through Apple. Everything on AT&T's end says it was cancelled, BUT it was now showing that I wasn't available for an upgrade until 2016. I was trying to make sure the upgrade eligibility of 04/13/2016 was normal with people who preordered through Apple. If it wasn't, there was still something messed up on AT&T's end.

Don't worry about the full amount being charged yet, it will happen by Friday.

I'm hoping I don't run into any issues on Friday. Still unsure why it's showing an order number on my AT&T account when every person I have talked to at AT&T says the order through them had been successfully cancelled

Probably won't until you pick it up. I don't think they assign individual iPhones for in-store pickup. That would be ridiculous. Imagine the people in the back having to go thru 100s of iPhones to find yours. Apple probably just sends X amount for X pre-orders of each model and the people at the store just grab one off the top of the pile.

Same here. I think it's normal. AT&T has been a mess throughout this pre order.

Yes, like I said before though, I just hope AT&T's system didn't screw something up in terms of upgrade eligibility because of me placing an AT&T pre-order, cancelling, and then pre-ordering through Apple. I'm not concerned about if Apple will have the phone. I just want the activation/upgrade to go as smooth as possible.

Could the reason for the cards not being charged is because this happens when you get to the store on launch day? If you read the instructions after you placed your order, it states that you have bring the card you used to make the purchase and a photo ID.

If you are going to trade in your old device for credit toward your new phone, make sure that you do the following:

1) Enter the Apple Store and meet with a Apple Store specialist. Have them take out your reserved iPhone 6 or Plus.

2) When they bring out your device, before you pay for it, make sure you get them to do a trade in for your old device FIRST before you pay. You can get up to $200 for your device if you have kept it well. They will give you an Apple Gift Card. You can use this gift card toward the purchase of the iPhone you're buying.

3) Give the gift card back for the iPhone and then hand over your credit card. They'll complete the transaction and you'll have your new iPhone!

Does the order number prefix signify anything?

Also I believe my card has been charged. I don't see it but my available balance has dropped significantly
