corn syrup sounds delicious. I stop about a year now, and pick one up about a week ago. Had a sip, but I couldn't take it. Had to put it down.
What about a third choice? Water anyone? I like to drink/eat things that I can recognize as natural. I did a trail run last week, and for reason I don't quite understand, I brought a Snicker candy bar. It tasted horrible, and I didn't needed it. From what I can gather, I was consuming concentrated refine sugar with a sprinkle of chocolate and peanuts. eeww.

My father was right. As you approach 30, the world becomes a foreign place in ways you never expected.
Next thing you know we're going to treat refined sugar like we treat cigarettes. This gentleman's rhetoric already speaks of a "sugar epidemic." Although he does grant that he does not mean "to confiscate sugar from people's homes."

I prefer Pepsi, but will drink Coke in a pinch. However, outside of the US I'll drink Coke because I like the taste of actual sugar over High Fructose Corn Syrup like we have in the states. Pepsi has always used Corn Syrup, but Coke only uses it in the US.
In the US I'll drink RC Cola or Faygo before I'll touch Coke.

And by the way, I prefer Coke as well, but my favourite "sugar water" is Fanta.

Definitely Coke, it's not as sweet as Pepsi. I think normal Coke tastes better, but I usually drink Diet because I don't like the squeaky furry teeth you get when you drink normal Coke.
Probably my favourite is Cherry Coke, which is strange because it is really sweet. I was excited by the prospect of Diet Cherry Coke, for non-squeaky teeth purposes, but sadly it's some sort of black cherry evil, and I can't be doing with it.
Oh, and cherry 7up is nice too.

I was confronted by "Pepsi Jazz" in my grocery store yesterday.
It's apparently an ... ehem ... symphony of current Pepsi flavors. Or better, it's the jam band of colas.
Anyway, I'm assuming some adolescent somewhere on MR has tried this product.

Coca-Cola! Though I just recently made the switch to diet (with Splenda) though sticking with Coke, if not for the reason below.
