Yep, they're def in shipping mode. Just received my notification as well :)

Just an FYI that my Dodocase shipped today--5 days after I placed the order! That's what I'm talking about--under promise and over deliver!

Still keeping my Portenzo order for the moment :)
 
My custom 23.5 (Dark Blue interior) shipped today after a 34 day wait. Very excited for it to finally arrive. My wait time has not been nearly as long as some of the Morocco orders, but considering I ordered minutes after the 23.5 was first offered here on the forums on 3/22, it has been quite a journey to say the least.
 
^^^ but you do have one have of the few custom lined 23.5. I was given the option since I was one of the first to order the 23.5, but changed my mind and told them to keep it the normal color. no regrets.
 
Sent email about canceling and of course, my case is shipping tomorrow so I'm sticking with Portenzo.

Shout out to DodoCase though because they were great with providing me estimates for a few customization ideas I had.

I ordered an Octavo last night and low and behold I receive a shipment notice at 6:56 this evening. I had just gotten on to cancel. Guess I'll give one to my husband who's actually content with his smart cover.

While I am happy it has shipped, Portenzo has some work to do. Hopefully, they will learn something from this once their mad rush is over. Can't say that I'd venture to gamble on them again....

I'm waiting patiently (takes swig of whiskey, mumbles to self)...

Funny thing happened today. I had just emailed to have my order cancelled, and just a little while later, I had a shipping confirmation email in my inbox with estimated arrival time 4/27.

Now, when I first heard of this case, I was really excited about it. While waiting though, I kinda forgot about it...and maybe it's because it's taken so long to get made...but the thought of owning this case has kind of lost it's magic.

Since the case is already on its way, would anyone here be interested in buying it? Let me know what you think.

ROFLMAO - I thought that too. Bitched anyway. They had my money and it was beginning to look like they ran for the hills. Got a shipment notice tonight. We'll see if it's a case or self igniting poo when it gets here.....

I believe that orders aren't necessarily being fulfilled in the exact order received. I could be wrong, but I remember reading something like that in this thread awhile back.

I was specifically told in response to shipping after confirmed charge that

An That's after being told it would ship before or on 4.20

Ahhhhh crap now I've done it.

now my order will go to the bottom of the
production pile for sure!


So at tells me the is some system to those mysterious order numbers...

Yeah I heard that too, but I ordered on the same day as well... 3/17, let's see what happens tomorrow
 
this thread is so much fun to watch. Always something new to read.

I posted a while back, I think I was one of the first ones around here to get their case. I also got the treegloo. I haven't taken my iPad out of the Portenzo since the day after I got the treegloo.

If Portenzo didn't make such a sweet product, they would lose all their customers due to the horrible service. It's amazing that so many people still stick around with Portenzo. They love going dark and not answering questions.

I still don't understand why they don't stop taking orders for a little bit and get caught up. Just say it's sold out for a week and get back to the groove. You might lose some customers because people will not wait, but you will lose a lot more with horrible customer service.

I don't have any room to talk, I've had my case for a couple of weeks now. They alwas answered my e-mails to them. Not right away, but they did.

It really doesn't matter, I'm 5225 and I haven't received a notice but 5227 already got a notice...
