Okay so I got connected to a rep in a few minutes and got my order fixed.
This is basically what I said:
"Hi, I called earlier about my preorder.
I had trouble-adding AppleCare to my preorder I made on the 12th.
The lady I talked to earlier today offered me a free case for the inconvenience, and told me that I had to purchase apple care in-store.
My call got disconnected while I was put on hold, and Ive been trying to call back all evening."
And basically he said sorry for the wait. He than asked me if I stayed up late or woke up early for the pre-order. Then he asked me what color I wanted, and I said the blue. Then he went rambling on about how he loves the midnight blue because its a deep blue. He then told me to have a nice day, and that was that.
What was even more funny - The second time I called to fix my order, it was the same guy I called the first time. We talked like we didn't talk earlier so it was awkward. LOL
