iTunes/ pandora Radio

Ok...I got this update....which add a few tricks...nothing special but I notice that my radio keep stopping. On iOS 7, I could go under any page the radio keeps playing in the back ground. Now that I am on iOS 8 it keeps stopping or crashing all together. I have an iPad mini first gen.... Is anyone experience this problem on other devices
 
Wallpaper Glitch

I can now (thankfully) use my personal photos for wallpaper. The zoom properly with prespective zoom off. But when the ipad is restarted the photos were zoomed way in like they would be in ios7. When reset as wallpaper they worked again:confused:

having the same copy paste problem

Iphone 4S
very frustrating trying to copy PIN from safari
to linking app but every time it paste something i copied who knows when and not the text from Safari ?!?!?

Annoying anyone found a fix yet ?

Do Apple know about this ?

Does Iphone 5/5s users get this ?
 
Iphone5 if zoom in accessibility enabled then greyscale won't toggle on and off. Display remains in greyscale mode. Toggling zoom, changes display between color and greyscale.
 
I'm on an iPad 3 and here are two "bugs" I noticed.

  1. Gestures stop working, specifically the five-finger swipe to return to the home screen from inside an app.
  2. In the Clock app, I set the alarm to play a song. In iOS 7, it would repeat the song until I eitherswiped or snoozed. Now, it just plays the song once. And that's it. There is still a notification to "tap to snooze" and "swipe to turn off," but the song only plays once.

That's all I've really noticed -- or that has really bothered me -- so far.

How to Expand Video inside a iMessage Thread

When someone send you a video inside iMessage, it now lets you watch the video right inside the iMessage, but is there a way to expand the video to see it full screen without having to save the video? It's just really small watching a video inside the iMessage thread and I don't see a way to expand the video.
 
3rd party Keyboards worked for the first two days, now they don't work at all for me. Only the  keyboard works and when I try to switch to SwiftKey, there is just a blank space where it is supposed to be.
 
Another bug in the Music App: Trying to use the alphabet scrub bar in the Artist section ignores everything from the letters B-T. It'll show me the 'A' artist then ignore everything until my thumb reaches the letter 'T', incorrectly showing me an 'A' artist, then skipping to 'U' on down.

Video inside iMessage

Ahh...answering my own post above....if you get a iMessage with a video inside, you can play the video right inside the message string, but if you want to view the video in expanded mode, then before pressing play on the video, tap on the video (on the outside of the play arrow) and it will take you to another page inside iMessage so you can view the video in full screen.

Pretty cool, I like this feature.
 
Argh! The quick reply message when ignoring a phone call uses my iCloud email address for iMessages!

I used it 5 times today for people I do NOT want to have my personal email. I'm very upset about this!
 
Hello!

Is it just me who has problems with share options in safari and photo app? I can use all the extensions but when I try to put them in a new order for example to put pocket in the front. But then when I shut down safari and will take up share options, so they're in the default order again ... does anyone else have this problem?

Summary:
Landscape PDF slides are distorted and scaled to portrait format when being viewed im Safari.

Symptom:
When a landscape-format PDF file (for example slides of a presentation) is opened in Safari, it is falsely scaled to a portrait-format document and hence heavily distorted. Zooming in or out of the file changes nothing.

Expected Behavior:
The PDF should be displayed normally like it worked in Safari on iOS 7.

Steps To Reproduce:
Open a landscape-formatted PDF file in Safari. For example

When you are in Messages and choose the camera, and the option "Take Photo or Video", once you take the photo- it freezes.

It has done this the 4 times I tried. I can insert a photo from my Photo Library with no problems.

Has this happened to anyone else?
 
iMessage issues:

Doesn't always register that the thread has been read. For example, I am in a thread reading the texts and a new text comes in and shows an unread message at the top. I think it's someone else but it's the last text within the open thread I'm currently reading!!

Selective delete doesn't always work. Tap to select "more" and usually the option to delete individual texts with a trash can comes available. It's hit or miss for me on two iPhones. The selection bullets always work but the camera often won't change to the trash can and forward button.

Someone reported blank texts which I never had in 6 or 7.

Iphone general:

Odd pop up messages. One said my charger (Apple charger that came with the phone) was not certified. WTH?

Various lock-ups. iPhone 5 became stuck on pin entry screen and wouldn't respond. Hitting home brought me back to lock screen but then the slider wouldn't take me back to the pin. I had to open the camera and go back to lock to get the phone to operate normally.

Lock up on pulling Notification Center down in lock screen.

Battery drain seems more excessive that IOS 7.

Phone (iPhone 5S) gets real hot, mainly when charging.

Album art removed (both 5 and 5S). Fixed with complete reset.

Various glitches in Photos app. Some times delete will be available, sometimes not.
 
Anyone have this issue after updating? My Apple Maps app is black instead of the normal color. Makes it difficult to read street names, etc. Checked all settings and can't find any reason. Argh.

iPhone 6 Spotlight Bug

I just picked up my new iPhone 6 and it's awesome! However, there seems to be an issue with spotlight. If you drag down to access spotlight, then search for an app, then double tap the home button for reachability, then say cancel, the keyboard stays up when you return to the home screen. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

Can anybody else replicate this bug?

1. Missing notifications. In the beginning none of my apps were getting notifications. After running some of them and uninstalling and reinstalling others, most of my apps are now getting notifications, but there's still a handful that are not.

2. If "Spotlight Suggestions" are enabled in Spotlight Search, then doing a spotlight search causes the "Spotlight Suggestions" to continuously use "Location Services" until the phone is rebooted, even if "Spotlight Suggestions" are subsequently turned off. This is a fairly major bug since it can drain the battery. For now I've left "Spotlight Suggestions" disabled.

3. I'm not sure this is a bug or simply a design flaw, but any app that uses Location Services can run in the background and request GPS location, even if it's set to not run in Background App Refresh. I had a number of apps that were always requesting GPS location after the update since the only options under the "Location Services" were "Always" or "Never". Setting to "Always" means the app can run whenever it feels like updating it's location. Uninstalling and reinstalling some apps caused "Always" to switch to "When Using", which is better. Others seemed to behave themselves better after reinstalling.

4. Settings app crashes, though these seem to have subsided.

5. Phone (5s) gets warn randomly at times for no reason that I can tell. Battery drops during these times. May be related to #3.

6. Can't unselect "Sent" from mailboxes pushed. It looks like it works, but when I go back in, it's selected again.

7. Yahoo Mail via the built in Mail app has been glitchy at times since I installed iOS 8. Mail not pushing, taking a long time to download mail, etc. I don't know if that's an iOS 8 issue or Yahoo issue, but my iPad 2 running iOS 7.1.2 isn't having any problems.

8. Today I had an app update that refused to install. It kept downloading over and over again. I had to delete the app and install manually.
 
Here's a biggie. Bluetooth for many car systems no longer works. If you do a search you'll see this is being widely reported among various models of cars. This one is inexcusable.
 
Music App - can't delete all music

I have iTunes match and I can't delete all the music. Even when I turn off iTunes match and go to settings - usage - manage usage when I delete all the music a couple songs are still there.
