Welcome to your new nightmare this problem is caused by Apple they implemented a noise reduction algorithm, I have a 5s which takes crisp and better pictures, been waiting for this issue to be solved, unfortunately for Apple this seems to be a "feature" and no one seems to notice...

Keeping my 5s for another cycle...

At Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World and here's what my iPhone 6S could pull off in the Haunted Mansion load area. Fuzzy due to low light settigs, but that it was able to get this is amazing. The photo is unedited.

But you're asking a lot from a cell phone device that is not designed to be a professional camera. I think they take great pics. I just don't agree with the negativity I'm seeing on this thread regarding the camera. Plus, I never took great pics with my iPhone 4. Then again, I wasn't really trying as it was simply to hold me over until my contract was up. I also had dropped it and had a cracked front and back that might have affected it. Anyways, this is a huge step up for me.

I get what you are saying. But once my needs exceed what the iPhone can provide, I will get a DSLR. I personally think that DSLR cameras and the like will be a thing of the past in about 10 years.

SkyRide...Not the best pic but I snapped it while my car was moving at an intersection.

Let's add a degree of user error to some of these photos. Some people just do not know how to take a good picture. You can't blame the camera for that. Other than that, I am impressed by the photos I am seeing.

So I wanted to test out the new camera. And I'm amazeddddd. The photos look amazing. Here's one I took
