What I'm always missing in reviews and articles about these kind of headsets is if they are comfortable wearing for people with glasses.
Big over-ear and on-ear headphones often tend to get a bit painful as they push your ears/glasses/head together. in-ears are the best solution then but often less suitable for sports and such.
It's a bit expensive to just buy all kinds of headphones just to test. And in-ears are never on display in shops to try on (which makes sense ofcourse, for hygienic reasons).
Don't know how lenient Apple is with returns, when it comes to headphones. But Best Buy could care less. I tried out the Beats X when they released. I wasn't too impressed, so I returned them about a week later. They asked me if anything was wrong, I just said I didn't like them, end of story.
