btw am I on crack, or did SHIFT-COMMAND-3(or 4) used to save as .jpg instead of .pdf Also, what's the quickest way to convert that as you did?

I believe the snapshot always saves it as a PDF, but who knows, maybe it was a JPG previously - not after 10.3 at least. Nonetheless, simply open the file in Preview, then click on File and Export, and export it to a JPG - piece of cake!

Ok, I'm sure people have asked this a bagillion times. But I JUST bought a 12" PowerBook with Super Drive on 8/31. Is Apple a hardass about upgrades? Is there a policy?

Hey sorry about that earlier post, i meant 128 standard on the 12incher, and yeah larger hard drive upgrades was what i eluded to, not highdef. I just really hope the 12 incher finally gets the rightful power treatment this time around. It does have me reeling however what apple is cooking, especially with their entire lineup of portables noticeably hidden under black cloth. Black iBooks? hmm... thanks for correcting me by the way. Hope everyone gets what they have been hoping for...
The shipping time for the PB 15" SuperDrive is three days in the Swedish Store. The others remain on 24 hours. Hmm, I really hope they release something new. Please Apple, please...

Um, I'd hold off on that for a tick, head over to the thread about the Paris booth and have a look at the pic I just posted, something big is going down today, they don't need all that space for .Mac boxes do they?

Yeah, that's another possibility, BT Mighty Mouses (Meeces? Mice?) and .Mac under one sheet, regular iBooks and speed bumped PowerBooks under the other maybe?
I do think with Steve saying this is the "year of HD" Powerbooks with new screens are a possibility. However, I have trouble buying into this due to the intel version coming out as soon as apple can muster. It would be odd for powerbooks to move HD and then change form to intel.
Anyway, my hopes lie along with a dual core Powermac.

I wake up and all I see is the .Mac upgrade, which is nice, but nothing else yet? Have they actually revealed what's behind the black curtains yet or not? Or is Steve not wanting to show all his cards right off the bat? Stay tuned I guess...
