iPod touch Practically fully Automated Windows Jailbreak Install here by planetbeing!!

i think u draged ur itunesmobiledevice.dll into the setup.exe rite???
so just put it bak into the bin folder from apple

i copied and pasted it into the touch free folder so it is still in the bin folder but still not syncing please help

Mine is showing a capacity of only 300MB too. SOMEONE HELP!!!

i really dont get the part whrer i have to follow steps 7.5-7.11 and wats the commuintiy source thing where do i find that and how do i install it
i got up to the part where i was about to type in Application/Installer.app/instaler the second time can u tell me wat u did after u put in the user name and pass??

Yea but the problem is that we cant restore it becuase it wont sync with itunes even when we completely reset all settings im sorry im really bad at this any help would be greatly appreciated :( :(
 
and for u guys that posted above u gotta restore ur ipod... if u cant restore on ur pc, go to anther pc and restore it...

i think u put in the wrong ip address

go on ur ipod

settings >wifi> and find ur connection and clik the blue arrow... it should show u ur ip address thats the one u input

i have a wep and i still past that step
 
2. Copy iTunesMobileDevice.dll from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin to the same folder as touchFree.exe.

wheres this touchfree.exe? soz im a noob.

its in the zip folder u downloaded
just copy and paste it into the zip
dont clik and drag it will mess ur itunes
 
k did it but im so afraid it will brick the touch so im not sure to go onto step 3 or not.. btw wut do i do with the zipped folder after i did step 1 and 2? i just leave it in my documents?

and where i get apps from? if someone can tell em where to get mail,maps,text/im,weather,tap tap revolution, nes,stocks,notes,calender (editable) from, then ill hack it now.
 
those who cannot sync their ipod touch to itunes and restore, try this:
connect to usb,
make sure ipod is on
then hold the home and sleep button until it shuts down and then turns on again with the apple logo, when you see the apple logo let go of the sleep button while still holding the home button. it should force a restore on itunes

if it doesn't work try to restarting your computer and do it again
 
still didnt work but even though network refused it went to the install.aps then network refused then it closed :(
 
Once all the steps are done in TouchFree and I enter the IP of my Touch, PuTTY pops up and says network error: connection refused?

having the exact same problems
i toko the pw of my router resetted my router and my touch like 3 times still same

:(
 
Great, it worked first time. Now I have and ipod touch will loads of programs.

this is my 2nd time restore, when restore itune will see it as 14gb ipod

anyway , I am using WEP, still no luck getting that Network error :mad:

your iPod is connected to.
Enter the IP address: 192.168.1.103
Resetting media folders...
Uploading Installer.app...
Fatal: Network error: Connection refused

hmmm can anyone help me out here?
when i click on touchscreen and open it it opens in the cmd window then just closes like 2 secs later...and ive tried reboot and everything?

oh and im running winxp home sp2
