or by calling our automated system at 877-782-8870."

It also included my order number and wireless number. I'm wondering if they were getting a lot of calls about "I didn't get an email" so they put this together for us. Or maybe they're just getting around to sending them after being so busy. Anyway, hope you all receive it too.

Oh, how I envy you lol. I'm still waiting for them to authorize anything. I'm using the Chase Visa Debit as well. I ordered at 1:30 PST on 6/15.

Another update!: my order now shows up on the standard AT&T order status page (diff order number) as backordered. That wasn't the case just a couple hours ago.

Ordered yesterday through Premiere at 1pm EST and received order confirm. Just showed up on the regular status page showing I ordered 6/16! Hmm

I do have question that someone might be able to help me with. When I pre-ordered, the date shows 6/15/2010 on the e-mail and on the Premier Order Status. But, when I pull it up on the Personal Order Status, it shows that the order date is 6/16/2010 and also it shows back-ordered with a number 1 on all. Ideas??? :confused:

I don't think your order being shown as 'back ordered' is an issue right now, it says that for several people. I've also noticed quite a few people who ordered on the 15th, yet their date changed to the 16th today and that could just be AT&T catching up on processing all of the orders received from yesterday.

My personal thing is the date of delivery, I won't be home past the 26th and will be gone for a month...:(

Yeah well, you may still very well receive it on the 24th or 25th. Tracking will probably show up possibly by Tuesday.

Same story here... ordered mine at about 11:05 PST yesterday. Shows 6/15 on premier order page and 6/16 on non-premier page, and back-ordered has a 1.

Not getting an email, not seeing a charge on my account, nor a order_status last night I ordered from Apple late last night for a July 2nd delivery.

This morning I check my bank account and both charged to it. The order_status showed my order. Wierd thing is it states "Date Ordered: 06/16/10" even though it was order on the 15th. It says "In Progress"and not back ordered, so hopefully it will be a June 24th or thereabouts delivery.

I canceled the Apple order, and I am waiting for that Pending charge to be removed.


I didn't get an AT&T email confirmation until tonight.

They are listed as backordered on the 'regular' AT&T order status site now.
 
So uhhhh, I just realized this, but my order number on the premier site is different than the order number that shows up on the regular ATT site. Is that a problem or does anyone else have this too?

What should I do about this?

They are different numbers for everyone as far as I've seen.
