I just got shipment notification. I ordered 64GB WiFi+4G on 7th of March few hours after keynote.

WTF!, just saw this map. Why is the Yukon in zone 5? We get way more daily cargo shipments both road and air than the NWTs. Why would northern BC be any more likely to get the ipad than us. Hell the most northern BC is only accessible via road from Whitehorse so I call BS on this stupid map. We will see when I get mine in Whitehorse. This map implies 21-22nd but that is BS.

My guess is simply due to volume. Not accessability necessarily. I could be wrong though.

2 x 64GB 4g iPads just shipped to my Brother in NE Saskatchewan.

Mine that I ordered 15 minutes later hasn't shipped. Mine is being shipped to a downtown Calgary office building so it probably won't have to ship for a day or 2 to make the Friday 16th AM delivery.

Mine's still Preparing, too. I hope that with standard shipping I get it on the 16th of my March 16-20 delivery window!

Also - I was a bit of a tool and in my preorder excitement somehow forgot to order a SIM card. Do you think if I call Apple, they'll throw it in my order for me? I know I can pick one up for $10, but free is better!

Well UPS doesn't have the order yet. But they should be coming from Toronto.

Figured I'd throw this out there. Ordered a 32GB black WiFi + 4G, right after the keynote. Shipping to the University of Calgary, still haven't received a shipment notification.

I know that for the 4S, they shipped all of them in one big shipment, and that shipment got taken apart once it reached North America. Is the same thing happening this time? What's the "shipping product" being used by Apple with UPS?

My bet is that all of us will receive shipment notifications today, and that they're just updating their databases now, if some people have received shipment notifications as they said.

Oh how I hope you're right. I ordered a Black 16GB Wifi on the 8th at around noon and still "Processing Items" for me.
