guys i see my iphone on my support profile but i see this do you people see this

That's exactly why I'm gonna sit patient and wait for it to be delivered. Any hiccups at a customer center and I'm gonna be pissed lol

yes that's normal.
 
Thankfully, I did get an email from UPS stating that I'm picking mine up at my local hub, but nothing is noted when I actually track. I assume I'll see it once it hits the US. It's taking a break in Hong Kong right now it looks like.
 
There will probably be a small line for your phone when you go to pick it up at the hub. There has been the past two years when I've done it, but in both cases, it's not a big deal. I think I waited about 15 minutes last year. Better than sitting around for 12 hours hoping you hear the doorbell when the UPS guy comes.

Well mine is preparing for shipment, doesn't show in support profile, no tracking under reference on ups and my charge is still pending on my bank account.
 
I have the package going to my work. If I change the address to my UPS store, will there be a delay? I want to do everything I can to make sure I get the phone on Friday.
 
Mine is in transit on time to the US.

Last report was Departure Scan from ZhengZhou, China.

IPhone 6S plus 64gb spacegray.

On the other hand i cheked the sndeep info with my serial Number and my iPhone 6S plus was produce this week according to the webpage what is strange is that in the specs it says that has a 5mp isight camera and 1.2mp front camera...
Do you know why is that??

Apple Store still says (6s + 128) preparing for shipment but UPS Mychoice shows it having arrived in Hong Kong.
 
I am seeing activity for my iPhones. I just did a reference tracking on the UPS website and I am seeing that it has left China and is on its way. Apple's website is not giving me a tracking number it still says prepared for shipment.

Same experience here.

My local UPS Customer Center had small line but moved quick and of course the employees knew what the majority of people were there to pick up.

Much better than 7am to 10pm deliveries, or drivers in such a rush they lightly knock on your door and then miss the shipment/unable to get signature.
 
My status just changed today, finally preparing for shipment.... just a few more days (days will seem like weeks now)

Just hit MyUPS this morning- looks like mine is coming from Apple warehouse in Rialto, CA (southern California). Just sitting there about 30 miles away from my house waiting for 9/24 overnight "Next Day Air Saver" 9/25 delivery.

Same pattern as previous phones. UPS hold until launch day. Most of my pre orders have came from that warehouse, only a couple times from China direct. Apple must really stock Rialto for SoCal release day products.

question people i was able to track my item on ups tracking with phone number and says label created on the 19 sept when would i see other scans and my order status still says preparing for shipment
