Luckily for you Apple still sells the iPhone 13 mini. Grab one ASAP if you want it new.Seems like those of us who prefer smaller iPhones are going to be SOL.

I have an 11 and have been very happy with it. Will probably end up getting the new SE if this rumor turns out to be true. I don't really use my phone enough to justify getting one of the more expensive models.Awful. Worst iPhone design of all time. (I have to carry an 11 for work)
No, no, no, no, no.I was thinking the opposite. If you look at the new 10th generation iPad, would suggest Apple wants to move to this design language across all of its devices.
What I suspect will happen is, the iPhone SE 4 will get a A16 and use the iPhone Mini design language and the iPhone SE 3 with its A15 will remain available at a new price point of 299.
Show me an SE that *didn't* recycle a previous design?Apple is really getting lazy and very boring. They really seem to have lost the spark for design innovation.
Wonder why MacRumors gives him so much air time and soft pedals his lack of credibility. This guy has a very big mouth and very little credibility.
Although such a rumour is an obvious one....
Look at last year when he proudly announced the Apple Watch series 7 would be flat faced and edged resembling the iPad pro... he even showed renders with glee as he was running apple's announcements....
and then also the very loud 'factual' prediction he made showing the so-called iPhone 14 BEFORE the iPhone 13 was launched.... this tuned out to be utter fiction (flush cameras on the back etc etc).
Just another attention seeking YouTuber
That'll be iPhone SE 5, releasing in 2024/2025.
Patience, fellow mini enthusiast... we will rise again...
They need content and there are three pages of comments so far.Wonder why MacRumors gives him so much air time and soft pedals his lack of credibility.
The SE is always a supply chain based model. They already have the tooling and factories set up to pump out this form factor.iPhone XR 2018 design... we're almost to the year 2023.
I’m getting tired of seeing the old designs by Apple. Where is the hardware team?
Are you actually believe what you just wrote? Or are you just being sarcastic to make a point?Apple simply couldn’t reuse the iPhone mini design because they knew people would be too happy with their $400 iPhone.
Maybe not! They could put in the power button like the iPad… we’ll see.The end of the home button?
Yup. Price will definitely go up. It will not be a "cheap" mid-range smartphone.Surprised this didn't happen sooner.
Watch that MSRP go up from $429 to $499, if the 10th Gen iPad is any indication...
Indeed.Apple is committed to recycling everything. ♻️
“Practical” is subjective, since the XR is gigantic (same 6.1” screen as 14, but body makes it bigger).as an XR user, I'm satisfied by this phone. If SE is using this design, it will be a very practical low-budget phone.
