two watches shown here.... one square (smaller) watch, then a larger round watch (bcm pictures).
Larger Watch (Circular)
Smaller Watch (Square)

What you said is the larger, circular watch is a part that goes inside what you said was the smaller, square watch. The two sizes are indicated as P2B (smaller) and EVT (larger). The EVT BCM coil Kapton (circuit board? wireless charging?) seems to indicate that the larger model won't just be larger in size, but offer more features as well.

So the iWatch is gonna be a thick square block like every other smart watch on the market for the last 3 years...

...exept the Moto 360, that one actually looks really nice.

Motorola's really stepping it up a notch. I was looking at the new Moto X, and a lot of the features are not really gimmicky but might be very useful.

As far as the watch, I don't know I think it's a huge disappointment. Who even wears watches anymore?

Looks like most believe these images are fake. Here's another indication they're fake...If these were real images, Apple would have had them taken down by now.

Not picking on you, but this is another example of when Apple's love for secrecy can backfire.

Instead of being told what to expect ahead of time, like other companies do to get us used to their limitations, Apple fans instead constantly see concepts that don't have to work in real life.

It can be hard for actual products to live up to all the hype. Nevertheless, buyers usually seem to retrofit their expectations to match reality.

To be fair, Apple have managed to exceed my expectations a few times, but not for a while.

After seeing new impressive (and strong) flexible display tech, as well as wireless charging (WiTricity) that can charge a device from up to 2 meters away, I was expecting Apple to make use of these technologies.

Apple have had a lot of time/money to come up with something truly impressive, but for the last few years all we have seen are slight variations on what is already available.

I'd love someone to explain how a round face is better at displaying content. It might look better aesthetically but is functionally better? I mean nobody is walking around with a round smartphone or a round tablet or round laptop. If I want a nice looking watch I'll buy a nice looking watch, something that doesn't need to be charged every day (or twice a day).

I was talking purely aesthetically. Content wise yeah rectangular is probably the better option. But people like good looking things just as much as functional things. I think apple can find the balance, Samsung sure as hell can't (until tomorrow when they start working on the S-iWatch lol).

Apple knows you can't take photos down from the internet. It also knows if it did so, it would just confirm those as parts.

I don't think people are surprised....after all, Apple hasn't even announced the iwatch yet....it's just that the Moto360 pretty much blows all the other current square/rectangle designs away.

Explain how this blows everything else away? Black bar at the bottom, text being cut off. But hey the display is round, I guess that all that matters, right?

If it's truly waterproof, this is big.

That 20m rating is deceiving. In reality, that means the watch would only be able to survive minor splashing. Swimming with the watch on would be a no-no, as the forces subjected to the watch would be greater than the 20m resistance. Even a showerhead produces forces much greater than a 20m-rated watch could survive. Here's a little guide I found after a quick search describing the different water resistance ratings found on watches.

The mistake they are making is using a square interface on a circular display. Apple tend to pay more attention to details like that.

Have you not got used to :apple: yet? They love form over function. :p

I don't know. My iPhone 5s is very beautiful and has great function. I didn't buy it just for it's looks.

Mac Pro is screaming fast and insanely quiet. I got rid of my z660 tower. Was just easier plugging in thunderbolt devices rather than shutting down, taking the tower apart,..

So I'm going to have to say I disagree. For some people, maybe... Specially those that are still tried to take apart iMacs. But that's not functionality...

Maybe I am old and that's why I don't get it but what is with the "my body is ready" comments. What the hell does that mean?

Does this watch have sit on the hand to make it look proportional?
It is only for male consumers... This is huge for women...

I don't think this is what it'll look like. If it does… its pretty ******… I'd just be a nano on a strap...

By the way, people who think these leaks (a day before the event) come from anyone else then Apple are hopelessly naïve in my opinion…

These kind of leaks are controlled, and are here to create an even louder buzz just before the event itself.

Leaking a day before announcement I don't think is controlled. In fact it's stupid it does nothing.

The slow leaks that we have been getting over iPhone 6 however, serve a purpose. Instant customer feedback, as well as general excitement over a product that hasn't been released yet.

What excitement or anticipation does a really crappy drawing bring, went tomorrow we'll see anyway.

Just saying...
