Just got off the phone with apple customer support they kept telling there is still until friday for my order to be shipped out even though i ordered it at 1:06am PST on March 11th because my order didn't start processing until monday even though 2 business days had already passed,and she also added that this situation happens sometimes that some orders process quicker than others even if there were ordered after which doesn't seem fair to at all.My ipad 2 is still at the "not yet shipped" status.
Exactly the same.. One of mine has been stuck and the other shows left alaska about an hour ago

My iPad hit Seattle around 5PM. Should go out for delivery tomorrow, one day ahead of the estimate. Apple says the other one is still in the pipeline, but can't tell me anything other than that. If it isn't at least in "Processed for Shipping", I'm going to raise some hell.

I told them that people that ordered after me are receiving theirs before me and I kept complaining about how random this shipping process. Idk, just a bunch of crap (5mins work) then he said, "I can give you an accessories for your iPad and it will make it there when your iPad arrive." I decided to roll with the smart cover since I canceled it off my original order. Although, it's on back order, he said he can have it ship within the next 24 hours.
I guess customer service is good for something.
And I also said my sister ordered an hour after me and she has hers and mines will not be here until next week. I think that is what won me the smart cover.
yes i did that it was reason i called apple in the first place ,she wasn't going for it she just told me i had to wait because my order just started processing monday .

You'd be a whiner too if yours was still "not yet shipped" after ordering at 12:45 am PST 3/11 while watching other "engravers" get theirs and ordered hours after.
Oh, I don't think so. I've been screwed around on these things before. I have some long stories I could tell you about iphones and ipods over the years. Don't take it personal. I didn't mean anything nasty by it.
