I had called Apple earlier in the week and they claimed they had bumped my shipping to something faster than the regular shipping the rest of us who ordered on March 11 got. I guess that was bogus?

Unfortunately, yes. They are all bulk packed in containers and there is no way to separate them to advance or prioritize any one ipad. I think they are just telling callers that to placate them and get them off the phone. Maybe once it hits Memphis, but even then I highly doubt it as Apple hasn't paid fed ex for any special services on these, its the cheapest international shipping they offer.

My ipad is in Memphis since last night with a TUES scheduled delivery, I really hope it makes it Monday. Anybody have any ideas if that is a possibility?

Yep, 24-48 hours seems to be the norm. I call that warehousing not shipping....

Guys any chance this can arrive on monday? I am in a delicate situation here with a scheduled international flight for monday night the 21st. I would have to call and check availability to make a change, but it was hard enough already for me to schedule this one ...

This is interesting...after 2.5 days of no new info, the FedEx tracker now shows:

Unless I am using FlightAware wrong, I see nothing from an "FDX" prefix departing PANC (Anchorage) to Memphis for the remainder of Saturday. Everything out of PANC via FDX is international. Quite possible they may use a sub carrier but I doubt it. Probably won't depart PANC until Sunday for Memphis.

I think yours and mine are on the same journey as mine left Memphis at the same time and just arrived in Jacksonville. I'm guessing they'll be delivered Monday, one day early.
