My ipad was scheduled for delivery today by 10:30..of course my luck, fed ex lost the package. Apple so kindly reissued me one but now it won't be delivered until the end of April..what kind of customer service is that..ordered it at 1:07 PST and fed ex lost the package and u put me at the end of the line saying there is nothing u can do. Absolutely unacceptable.
wow, that's the worst story I've seen posted... I would call CS and keep going up the chain of supervisors until someone gives you a better answer than that!! Get the corporate number from theJD if you have to, but don't accept this answer. Apple didn't give you the choice of shipping method, FedEx is THEIR vendor, not yours. There has got to be something they can do...
