i emailed steve jobs after reading this thread and finding the reason my iPad was stuck for 5 days was because the pallet was too big. I am going to pretend, in my head at least, that my email was the reason the delay finally ended.

edit: also, I am unable to find any airborne fedex flights from hong kong...

For me the fedex site say it still in the f**ck**ng island but yaho say that it just left fedex ramp!

i checked my tracking on Yahoo Fedex and it does show mine left ramp... wonder which flight and how long we will have to wait for customs to clear.... i hope it gets expedited due to our wait time

It seems to be the Fedex FLight FDX158 which stops in Tokyo (hongkongairport.com shows that). Flightaware shows a 8 hours flight time without tokyo stop. Do you really think it will land there? I ask because of all this radiation thingies going on there.

I don't think flight FDX158 will stop at Japan, though. Flight aware shows that this is a directly flight to Alaska. Scheduled to depart at 1:28 local time... which means it should had left already....

also can anyone enlighten me.. why Yahoo tracking is different than fedex.com tracking? Aren't they supposed to be checking at the same database (real Fedex database)???
