Well, after days in Taiwan my ipad is now a few miles closer in JAPAN! I did notice Apple changed my Delivery date from 04/07 to 04/08. Frustrating. :mad:

I ordered my 2g Verizon Ipad from the Apples store on 3/14. The delivery date was set for 4/14. Got notice on 4/1 that it shipped and that the est. delivery date was 4/7. Actually rec'd my machine on 4/5 in the early a.m. Fed Ex. drop off! Now that's what I call service! From China to MI in 4 days and 9 days early to boot!!! :D

I likewise have extreme doubt that I'm getting it tomorrow, especially since "today" is basically over in Taiwan (it's 8:30 PM). So unless there's an update in the next 2 hours (they don't seem to leave any location much after 10pm local time), I'm guessing we won't see them till next week.

I suggest using Yahoo's FedEx Tracking resource. For some reason it was always updated much quicker than FedEx's website.

You still have hope FedEx flight 14 leaves Taiwan shortly for Anchorage.

Mine traveled this same route a couple of weeks ago and it could still be delivered tomorrow as long as it clears customs quickly in Anchorage.

Just called Fedex and talked to an agent. He said that the internet updates for tracking are hours behind. He said my package was enroute to the united states even though it is still saying it's in Japan. I'm still scheduled for a 04/07 delivery. Here's my most recent tracking info via yahoo.

how long are you guys seeing it take to go from "prepared to ship" to shipped?

im at about 24 hours so far, still not shiped

Just got my Shipped notification

Ordered 32GB Black WiFi with Engraving on Mar 15 9:52AM PDT, was in prepared for shipment since Monday morning.

Delivery by April 11, I'm EXCITED :D
