I don't think I've seen reports of any AT&T models moving out of "Not yet shipped."
We're still within the estimate, but something odd is definitely going on.

Me too! I had mine engraved, and I thought that it would delay the order quite a bit,,, but the next morning was already engraved, and prepared for shipment,,, then,,, nothing ,, still waiting,,,

Ordered the 64gb wifi in white with engraving and a green smart cover at 3:20am CT. Still waiting for the ipad to ship but I will get my smart cover by Thursday. Can't wait to play with the smart cover.... all by it's self =/ I read somewhere that Apple is extending the shipping dates (3-4 weeks) because they are concerned about when the ipad launches everywhere else on the 25th of Smarch. Just a rumor though...

It's Monday morning in Asia now. I wonder how all this works in China and whether we'll continue to get updated shipping status. Certainly, there aren't loads of trucks/containers from Fedex or local carriers going back and forth 24 hours a day to get our orders to us.

I ordered a 64GB Black Wifi at around 4:30am EST. Smart cover shipped out yesterday. iPad is still stuck in "Not yet shipped". Sucks. Starting to get nervous because my wife has already stolen my iPad 1.

same here with 3g order. Wishful thinking that it will be shipped in bulk to an apple distribution center here and will be shipped from there. Has happened before in the past ipad 1G when they launched 1 month after. of course demand was not what it is now.
The way I look at it is this.. Maybe our ipads are ready to ship or shipping but there system is so congested maybe their servers are getting hit hard....

I agree... i ordered my black 64GB wi-fi at 1:01 AM PST... still no update to even prepped. People who ordered 6 hours after me & got engraving have had theirs shipped already. Whatever the delay is it's clear they are NOT shipping orders as they were received. If mine doesnt ship soon I'm in danger of not even getting next week! ridiculous...
Well, it's just after Midnight in Shenzhen, China where they're shipping from.
So probably not much happening for a few hours still. Last status on my 32gb wifi was that it left the fedex facility around 11pm China time.
Hi all! I've been combing through the thread to see if anyone has already answered my question, but I couldn't find it... I was unable to go to get an iPad2 on 3/11 because I broke my wrist and had surgery on 3/10 to fix it

From what I understand, the shipping method cannot be changed as Apple is offering standard shipping only. That being said, the iPad2 could indeed ship prior to the April 11th date quoted.
The only thing worrying me is when i track it through the fedex website, under where it has the 4 purple bars showing status, it says in small text:
Shipment exception
SHENZHEN CN
Which means theres a delay out of there control

Track it at that link provided earlier in the thread. The Fed Ex.com tracking shows mine still in that exception (missed the plane yesterday bascially), but the small business tracking is more updated and says it left a few hours ago.

I ordered the 64GB wi-fi and was beginning to think there was an issue with this model, but i have seen posting of a few that have shipped.... makes it even more confusing
