That link is a link to all of the FedEX aircraft currently in the air. If you know your ipad is in HKG in see a flight departing HKG your ipad may be on that flight. If you see a plane going into HKG it could be the inbound plane that will carry your ipad back to the States. That is about all you can determine from that link.
Again, if it is coming FedEx, which most of the ipads appear to be, odds are it likely skips Alaska. As more 777's are delivered to FedEx they are getting rid of MD-11's and fuel stops in Alaska in favor of direct routes. Odds are high that most of the ipads will have a direct flight to Memphis.

My navy leather cover hasn't shipped either. Hope it gets here when my iPad does!
My 64gig 3g Verizon, has been "Prepared for Shipment" for just about 24 hours too... Hopefully this means they are shipping VERY soon!
How long was your estimated shipping time? (Mine was 5-7 days.)
Yep! My 16 gb black wifi was prepared for shipping since around 5 pm yesterday. Been refreshing today constantly but nothing has moved. I'm thinking overnight it probably will start moving since it's about 10 AM in China now and I don't think their FedEx planes leave til late PM.

My order was shipped on Friday at Night!!! and it was at Puerto Rico on saturday, but they wouldn't let me pick up still monday.... So I have to wait until tomorrow to get my IPAD 2 3G-WIFI ATT!! Fedex tracking says that I should receive it at monday 2pm estimated. Here is the photo with the info;

Yeah, mine was 5-7 as well. Ordered at 3:55AM EST on the 11th. Anticipation is killing me.
I would have gone to the store to get it early the 11th and waited in line, but I just got a puppy and didn't want to put him though all that torture.
Lets hope. I want it before the 18th!
When did you order? I got in at 3:55AM on the 11th. I was hoping for shipment by now because of it.

I ordered at 7:15 EST, and got the 5-7 days then.

are you sure that is an iPad and not a smart cover? Everyone else seems to be getting their iPads from China.

it's Sunday at about 6 PM and I just checked the Apple website for order status. It shows my two iPads and black leather covers preparing for shipment, so I assume it will go out tomorrow Monday. I purchased immediately when they became available on line. Glad I got in early.
I heard that because of the Japanese disasters, there will be additional delays in worldwide shipping and possibly US shipments such as those who are being quoted 3-4 weeks. Since some of the components in the iPad come from Japan. Good luck to those.

No, I'm sure it's the iPad, because I ordered it online at Att.com around 3:00am and I didn't order the smart cover with it, so I'm pretty sure.

It didn't occur to me that they'd have to manufacture this stuff after the fact. Oh well... I've survived without an iPad this long. As long as it ships before the charge shows up on my credit card, I'm ok, whenever that may be.

Lol It can't be the smart cover because I ordered the Ipad at att.com and just the iPad 32GB 3G with no accesories... unless Att is willing to gift me a Smart Cover for no cost because I'm a great customer
