Sorry. You are just flat out wrong. This entire discussion is laughable. There is nothing you can say which will change the fact you are wrong. Just move along and respond to something else. I feel bad for your business school....they failed to teach you the basics.

First off, you make the same mistake everyone else does ... thinking that costs and prices are the same thing. They aren't, and that's Economics 101. The price charged by a company is not the same thing as the cost. It CAN be, but it often is not.

Second, what you are claiming is exactly that ... the basics. When you start to learn more about manufacturing efficiency, logistics, and the like, you learn that the standard economic principles don't always apply.

Lastly, if you think you know so much ... where's your iPad?
