Called the automated service. i was told it would be shipped within 24 hours. Same crap as on Friday. I talked to another rep today. Dial: 1 866 391 0749 if ordered online.
she told me that they were on backorder but they have them in now. I was also told by same rep that there were issues with iphones being shipped and that there was a system error.
She offered to expedite the order (which i doubt will do any good). So my order is being expedited. So I should be receiving shipping email today (hopefully).😀

So far, I have been told that...
1) there was a problem with phones coming out of Texas (their inventory shows minus 602 available there but Tennessee has 892 available, of which mine is one of them awaiting a courier). I was told by the same rep that over 10,000 orders were placed last Wed. to which I replied, so if you're minus 602 at one place and plus 892 at another and you have 10,000 orders, how do you expect to fill them?
I flat out told her: you have no idea where my order is. She responds
🙁this was a supervisor by the way): "I know exactly where your order is." "Where is it then?" "It's waiting to be shipped from Tennessee." "How do you know I'm one of the orders that has a phone to fill it?" "I know you have a phone." "When will it be shipped?" "Should be today."
2) I have been told that because of the holiday there has been a delay to everything. Not buying that either. If I had placed the order Friday or Saturday, fine. BUT, I was told since last Thursday that my phone was in the warehouse, packed and waiting for a courier.
3) I have been told they were out of stock ALL last week but they received more phones over the weekend. To which I responded: "then how did my order get packed and how was it ready to be shipped last Thursday like you claim?"
4) I was told yesterday by a rep that, at my request, he would send his supervisor a letter requesting that the order be cancelled. I spoke with a supervisor today--she saw the letter but said it hadn't been 24 hours (it's been about 17) and sometimes it takes that long to get cancelled.
5) I was told by a rep last Friday that my order was cancelled then 5 minutes later a supervisor said that was crazy talk.
