You guys should stop hoping for the worst. Be optimistic. I got a refurbed 16gb last time round and it is perfect. Knock wood.
Just contacted att about my 16 gb iphone purchase,
They told me today, that the warehouse was awaiting for the phones to come in and they did over the weekend and that they WILL ship today with a confirmation to follow.
So we will see ???

This has been a headache for most customers.
just got a DHL package from AT&T, but no phone inside. Just a piece of paper saying that I ordered a phone. WTF!!! I have not yet read this piece of paper as I am at work right now. I was just told by the person who received it that there's no phone in the package.
when they shipped my phone, I recieved 2 packages, one like that one, a larger box with a bag and receipt with nothing in it, and a smaller box with the actual phone in it.
You aren't the only one upset. I just called them and was told that they didn't see my order. But the nice rep called the estore and was told that they have 2 warehouses and that I should expect my ship email today with a tracking number. So much for 2 day priority. no wonder it was free!
I was a bit upset but I am ok with it now. Just as long as they know one of them comes to my house. I was hoping for it today but it doesn't look like it. Guess it will have to wait until this week.![]()

Don't count on it shipping today. They have been telling me that since last Thursday (5 days). I tried to cancel my order also, and they wouldn't let me . I has been 6 days since I placed the order for an "available" and "in stock" with "free 2 day shipping" phone- What a Crock!!
I understand this but I was told that it would be shipped out within 24 hours. This was when I called on Friday. I called on Friday just to see if the order actually went through. Today is Tuesday and still nothing. I think this is whats ticking some people off that they are told different things by different people.I am hoping to get it no later than Friday at the latest. In my email it stated 3-5 days. I ordered it on the 21st, I adjusted the date to the 22nd. accounting for the holiday which should leave me at the 27th-29th (tues.-thurs.).

Called the automated service. i was told it would be shipped within 24 hours. Same crap as on Friday. I talked to another rep today. Dial: 1 866 391 0749 if ordered online.
she told me that they were on backorder but they have them in now. I was also told by same rep that there were issues with iphones being shipped and that there was a system error.
She offered to expedite the order (which i doubt will do any good). So my order is being expedited. So I should be receiving shipping email today (hopefully).![]()
