If your stock hasn't changed, be patient. I'm in Louisiana and it hadn't changed for any combination at all yesterday, but just now I ordered a 16GB Gold and they are still available!

Just ran a search for the space grey 16gb AT&T models and most of them had that version in stock.
I was just able to get a silver 16gb for AT&T -- Apple Store on Fifth Avenue, NYC. I have an order with AT&T for a 16gb gold, but after seeing them both in store, it really didn't matter to me which one I got. My shipping estimate was 10/21 - 10/30 for the gold 16gb. I'm very happy that the process worked for me!! Good luck everyone!!

Plenty of ATT 16gb Black iPhones in Houston, TX, its in stock in 3 Apple stores here. Now if they can only get the 64gb in stock. These just popped up about an hour ago.

Just as a heads up, I did the same thing with switching phones over lines, and you're better off going to Verizon/AT&T right after the Apple store. They may need to swap out SIM cards once the one that comes with the phone is linked to the other line.

I ordered a 64gb gold on the 25th, no idea when its shipping. I imagine in 3 weeks or so.
I am switching to AT&T and need 3 lines. Apple only allows one line to be opened on a new carrier until the intial line is activated.
Can i use the account i created for my ipad to order a phone and pick up instore? And then later on transfer that line over to the one that comes with my 64gb phone. I would also need to transfer the "ipad account" i would use for it to my sounds apple ID when i receive my phone in the mail.
Would this all work?

I see many stores are showing ATT 32 GB silver and Space Grey in So Cal area. This was not the case about an hour back.

NYC has had solid stock of 16, 32 and 64 gig sizes since 5PM this afternoon, however only for ATT, Verizon and Sprint (which nobody was buying anyway). Perhaps supply for those is easing up.
Given how quickly the Tmobile phones were sold out, I'd say the NYC area received 3, maybe 4 devices total.
In the time it took for me to put the phone in my cart and speed to the "complete order button," it got sold out from every store in town.

Got in on a 16GB Gold 5S for an Apple store outside Philly, which is a little over an hour away from where I am. Got confirmation, gonna pick it up tomorrow morning before work.

Wow...I have been refreshing for whole day for 32 GB gold. Will not settle for anything else. I can wait!!
Have yet to see any Gold T-Mobile iPhones in any size in SoCal. Saw several in the last hour for AT&T. From what I remember, Cerritos had a Gold in every size for AT&T. They went to unavailable within minutes...
