Did you have issues with shipping that's why it was free?

Well yes I placed a order on the 7th of September and after a week nothing arrived at my house I emailed them and they said they temporary halted shipping to Canada until the 15th since they were going to ship with Fedex instead of USPS. After another week or so I emailed them saying that I still have not receive anything from them and they said they stop shipping to Canada until further notice and issue a full refund. I emailed them back saying that they have cause me a lot of problems and confusion since if I had known they stop shipping I would have order from somewhere else instead of waiting. After a couple of days I got a email that a package was ship out to me from switcheasy. Later on in the day I got an email from them saying sorry for all the trouble they have cause and here a free case.

Edit: I notice that my I frame is wiggling too do you guys think they can send me another I frame if I asked?

No, to be honest the slight movement doesn't bother me at all. In fact just messing around I found putting two little pieces of paper at the top and bottom under the I-Frame pretty much takes care of it.

They will replace it for you though if you contact them.

i'm quite happy with my neo EXCEPT for the damn wiggle the squeaking just drives me crazy and it worsen if i don't have all the port covers in. I'm in canada and didn't purchase this directly from switcheasy who do i contact for a replacement I frame?

Yeah. Actually after just 2 days of using Neo white, I already noticed a blue stain which was probably caused by my jeans (always inside the pocket) so I emailed their customer support and they suggested me that I could just wash it off with soapy water + running water. Plus I'm OCD with cleaning and I clean my case almost once a week (when I see a speck of dust that went in)

Try emailing their support and attach that image, see what tips they could offer you, as clearly yours is like beat up.

I only have an iPhone 3G camera (don't have any digicams) so I couldn't really go macro. Anyway I took a pic and it couldn't zoom to differentiate the stain
It's on the upper right of my I-frame. On the pic it should be on the top portion.

I think most of their I-frames are like that. There are some that only wiggle a little bit but mostly do. I don't think they have resolved that one yet.

Just an update, I recently e-mailed Switcheasy about the complaints people get with the wiggles, and they totally managed to fix it! This applies for white capsuleneo (since that's the one I have and the one they shipped) and there are NO wiggles at all on the new ones! This is awesome! They also managed to replace the rubbery back of the white I-frame to an all plastic (yeah now it looks sort of cheap) but I'm after its advantages which is mainly:
- now stains are reduced A LOT
- snug, no wiggles, no squeaks/noise
Definitely definitely would recommend this product, and Switcheasy as a company is totally awesome and exceptional customer service! I'm now 100% satisfied with this case. So far I had Griffin Elan form replaced with Incase slider replaced with PowerSupport Clear Airjacket replaced with SwitchEasy White CapsuleNeo replaced with Griffin iClear then replaced with the new improved SwitchEasy White CapsuleNeo and this will be my final case

i'm curious about this case as well. but (this may have ben answered so sorry) is it dockable? or do you have to take it out? i'd rather just dock it since I have a dock and i like it to be standing up while I sit at my desk... if not i guess no biggie.

but surfin the net it seems the Incase Slider wins for some odd reason. i guess because its dockable vs this one but...

Capsuleneo includes a universal dock adapter which you can use to dock your iPhone to the universal dock (not the 3g dock).

I have the Black Neo, at first the wiggling was very minimal but after a week and a half of using the Neo I find that it starting to wiggle more now I getting annoy with it I live in Canada so they weren't able to ship me a replacement

Really love the case but I just hate how the I frame doesn't have that snug fit anymore.

I-Frame Turns to cream

I'm sure everyone with a white Neo has noticed this but I've had my white Neo for a couple weeks now and have noticed that the color of the I-frame has changed from an almost white color to a cream color and gets worse day by day. I just wanted to post some pics so anyone deciding on getting the white Neo realize that the I-frame wont stay that white for long. I also am experiencing that wiggle problem with mine. These pics show the color change somewhat but does not show the full effect of it.

They updated the I-frame, you might wanna ask them for a replacement if you bought it within U.S.

I just got my black Neo, and so far I love it, but... I have a wiggly "I" frame. And this is not after use, it's been like this since I installed it. So that's a bit disappointing.

Do you think they'll be able to give me a "newer" I frame that apparently is fixed so it doesn't do this. I live in Europe, and I didn't buy it from SwitchEasy directly; I got it from an eBay seller. So do you think they'd still help me?

I have a small crack in my case. I've had it for 2 weeks and only taken it off my phone once and never droped it. I think it may just be a defective piece. Otherwise a great case. The crack doesn't go all the way trough.

Just email them both to see what they can do for you, I emailed Zoltan and he said he would have ship me a replacement, but he said they don't ship to Canada no more.

I got the same response. So I guess I'm stuck with a defective case.

Just got mine!

I love it. It has the infamous wiggle, but it is minimal, I don't think I'll be losing any sleep over it. We'll see what happens in a few weeks.
This is my third case so far. I've had the iskin revo2, it was ok, but after a few days of use, the port cover got a huge tear.
Then I had the Capsule rebel; I liked it, but the bottom sagged like hell...
This one seems to be by far the best one (at least until now). It is amazing.

It's a shame...

I bought both Neo colors. The black I frame had a chip broke off at the top left corner... not sure how that happened.


They don't offer replacements to Canada anymore i don't think.
Haven't heard back from Chris for a long time.

Just a follow up to my order. Shipping time was awesome since I live close to where they ship out of.

The cases are great I love them compared to the other iphone cases my friends have.

I just e-mailed Zoltan since one was missing a screen protector and one the silicon membrane was over-stretched making it unusable.

Well after using the case for about about now I'll give you guys my review and thoughts on the case. Overall I think the case is awesome and I really like offers good protection for the iPhone with out adding bulk to it.

CONS:
-First major problem I find with this case is that is is a pain to get it on right so that none of the silicon shows up on the side. Aligning the silicon membrane was also a pain since it is ultra thin and you have to be careful not ripping it.
-Case is not meant to be put on and of. I usually take this case apart once every two weeks just to check on my iphone.
-This might be just me but I find my iPhone to get warm when I'm charging it and when it is in a case all the heat is trap in the case. I always take off the I-Frame to allow it to cool off better while charging.
-Silicon membrane is really really thin. This is why they include two cause one will eventually rip. So be gentle with this and you should be ok.
-Lastly the I-Frame tends to wiggle which can be a problem to many.For me its not that big of an issue but I would to see it fix.

PROS:
-Very nice looking case its rather sleek and offers decent protection against scratches and small drops.
-For the price it comes with a lot of little accessories compare to other cases that cost more and include nothing. 2 Screen shields,2 silicon Membrane,Universal dock adapter,dock connector protector,and head phone jack protector.
-Everything is easily accessible from the volume rockers,sleep/awake button, and the silent/ringer switch. You can easily access them with no problem.
