Rayfire,
I feel your pain.
My white I-frame started to get blue stains on it, it seemed like it was either from being in my jeans pocket or something else. After trying to clean it unsuccessfully, I left it in a small container filled with approx. 2 inches of laundry bleach overnight and it is now white as ever.
(this only works for the white I-Frame, obviously

)
As far as making the plastic more brittle due to the bleach, I didn't notice any difference in flexibility and strength, but I'm no plastic expert.
I however, did receive a second white Neo from SwitchEasy after informing them of this issue. The new one I received has a slightly different coating on the I-Frame than the first one I had and it doesn't seem to have the discoloration problem. The first one had a somewhat "rubbery" coating on it, whereas my new I-Frame has a "kitchen countertop" feel to it.
I plan on ordering a black Neo soon and use interchange the white/black pieces for a combination look. I'm thinking of using the white skin and clear H-Frame with the black I-Frame, or vice versa.
