If you are late to complete an assignment at work because someone you depended on for something messed up and didn't get it to you, would you be completely off the hook with your boss?

By the way....I actually think we* will get our phones tomorrow

*The ones stuck in Korea

So from Anchorage, yours went straight to Ontario? I'm hoping that happens with mine since I'm in San Diego, CA. Everyone has been telling me all phones go to Louisville straight from Anchorage.

If you explained it to him and he is a reasonable person probably..

The note 7 is a horrible comparison btw... Samsung is putting separate items together to make a product... it is their responsibility to test and make sure that everything works... it's also their responsibility to make sure they are not putting crap in their phones... BTW the battery's in the note 7 are also made by a devision of Samsung (I think)... and your damn skippy I blame Apple if anything goes wrong with my phone... I don't blame Sony and Samsung for defective screens and cameras... shipping is a different bang job... Apple pays someone to ship... its the shipping companies responsibility.... so while Apple might have to deal with it they had no control or fault over this issues.... so being a reasonable person I'm not going to blame Apple or demand anything from them... they probably don't like this any more then we do because they are probably getting 80% of the calls an behalf of upss ****up.

Some of these folks in here are getting their panties in a wad. It's kind of funny and makes me laugh a little even though I'm pissed. Especially the ones saying that an email from apple, with an apple heading, a big ass pic of the iphone 7, your apple order number and apple id are not actually from apple. Hilarious haha.

I'm just done. 5 days ago I said I had more important things in life. And now I've stooped to raising this discussion above those important things in life.

I'm going to just wait. It'll get here when it gets here. I've said that part all along.

Guys I am in the 9/23 Incheon 12:23 Mechanical failure boat, the problem with me is I will be going to California for 1 month on 9/25. Is there any distant probability I can pick it up from on Saturday ? Any body has any experience in getting their iphone shipment re-routed, UPS asked me to get in touch with Apple for this ?

I believe I said earlier that I have never filed a complaint before and even asked how Apple would reimburse us? I am not seeking reimbursement or free sh*t. However if filing a claim gets me some answers, I am all for that. So how about you stop assuming what I am trying to do. I am an honest person and last I checked...we don't know eachother.

Just stop arguing with everybody. People are going to complain, a lot has been messed up here. Arguing with people has gotten us nowhere....

Just letting you guys know South Korea was hit with a pretty severe earthquake in the past few days so that may be the cause of delay

If UPS said to call Apple, why don't you call Apple? Seems straightforward enough. There's also the UPS app that you can reroute a package. I'm not sure about using it for another state other than the original. I just used the app to place a hold at the UPS CC to pick up my wife's phone tomorrow.
 
have there been reports of 256gb JBs shipping or preparing to ship with this date? My tmobile still in processing

Exactly. I was fully anticipating my phone to be in Louisville since all the Canadian orders I tracked went to Louisville not Ontario. There hasn't been movement since 10am my time so I am just hoping it'd make into Canada sometimes tonight-tomorrow morning.

Im not ruling that posibility out but Incheon couldnt be further away from where thst quake struck.

UPS has given a lot of excuses but an earthquake wasn't one of them... if they are monitoring this thread I'm sure that will be their next tracking update.
