Something interesting that I noticed for those that can't tracking information yet. I just looked at my wifes UPS info as I'm having it held for pick up tomorrow. The Reference#s listed don't have her phone number, but mine(as its the primary line on the account). I had been searching her number and my other line that I was upgrading and was never able to locate the shipment. If you are upgrading a line that is not the primary, and you are preparing for shipment, you might want to check the primary number on the acct.
