I'm looking to switch to a 7+ plus I have a Galaxy S7 and I don't know if it's worth it cos they're very similar phones. I'm looking to buy it upfront, so the 8 is too much for me to pay - won't even consider it cos the differences between the 8+ and 7+ are SO minimal anyway.

The reason I want the iPhone is because it syncs up easier with my MacBook, the Samsung is also a little slow and just generally too cluttered and annoying. I've had it for nearly 2 years, and I just prefer iOS to Android. (Previously was an iPhone user!)

HELP please!

Your battery life will be way better.

That's another thing. The battery life on the S7 was great to start with but now it barely makes it 6 hours with very minimal use (i.e. my work day when it's just sitting there not really being used).

But is it worth paying £669 for what's essentially the same phone minus fast/wireless charging?

One runs iOS, the other runs an insecure cluttered mess.

Yeah, the OS isn't that much of a big deal to me. Ofc I prefer iOS but I won't use that as a reason to switch. There's nothing wrong with Android - it's personal preference.

They're both essentially the same phone, but I don't know if it's worth it to switch even though I prefer iPhone. Maybe I shouldn't have left Apple in the first place!
