I have to say, it does look a lot nicer and cooler than the Watch
agree for the rendering state, specially the white one. but how it will look and feel in use?
("agree" means, it looks like a swatch style watch - just a watch…)

3G connection. Some comments say they need it.
Could you explain the use case? Aren't we supposed to carry a smart phone anyway?
Having 3G on a watch too? How is that makes sense. Thx

Especially since you need a second plan and number, while you've already got a phone (most people).

Apple - fitting circles in square screen since elementary school.

Considering 95% of whaT's on the "watch" is square, I'd say they're doing the proper thing.
Fitting a square (most of what you need to do on a smart watch) into a circle though... Well, fantastic job there hey Android watches,hey!...You get my drift!

Next time, make sure your argument doesn't backfire.

A round watch is just more aesthetically looking and fits nicer on a wrist. This is how the Apple Watch looks to me:

I know geometry isn't your strong suit, but I did put up a pretty unequivocal illustration showing how it is much more efficient to circle a square than it is to square a circle. Please let me know if I can make this even simpler for you somehow. Happy to oblige.

I rather like the design of the silver one.

It's nothing like the Apple Watch - who have they ripped off?

How is this relevant?
You can clearly see icons and text being displayed outside of the box, on round devices, Samsung and otherwise.
The picture is a representation of a limited scope, in my opinion.
Samsung have already shown text bring placed in the perimeter of the the round bezel.
Don't be limited by pictures on the Internet....

An obvious idea is a square area with information (notification, weather forecast, running performance, whatever) in front of a circular watch face. If designed properly, one could allways read the time even when something else is in front of the watch face.

Looks interesting to me. It's not Apple watch, but then again perhaps all the functionality of Apple watch has drawbacks, such as battery life.
