Durability and Functional?

Visually it gets a second look .. but functionally.. I have to wonder at the use cases.. and issues that will come with left hand use.. and durability of the screen.. and are you basically loosing that part of the screen to ‘slide’ widgets.. also, what will be visibility in dark and outdoor direct sun situations..

Samsung phones are not the best in direct sunlight to begin with..

The watch actually...

The watch looks pretty good, but so far all I've seen is the hardware and the watch face. Where's the video of the OS in action?

So, let's get this straight -
1920x1080 is HD
3840x2080 is Quad HD

...but "Ultra Quad HD" is only 2560×1440?

They used "ultra" wrongly in the article. Standard "HD" is 1280x720, therefore Quad HD is 2560X1440.

1080p is Full HD, 2160p is Ultra HD. Ultra Quad HD would have to be a retina 27" iMac, 5120x2880.

God what a horrible presentation.

Seriously putting my Apple fan inside me away, Apple is legit the best presenters.

Samsung has the Barley speaking english president talk slow and made me doze off, then announce all the products in 1 min. Then they get 3 actors/salesman to sell the device on you. It feels like I'm watching those t.v commercials selling tech stuff.

Apple has the executives who made the device or feature to come up and explain what they added or what they created and are subtle on their funny jokes.

Samsung just can't seem to copy Apples professionalism and presentation style...

Blond actor: " Hey David but don't we already have 2.5db screen? Whats the difference"

David: "Well I'm glad you asked that..."

Horrible, these are salesman only.

The Note Edge is impressive!

Sports scores scrolling on the curved-screen would look really nice. Can't wait to see what else developers do with it.

Ahead of Apple's upcoming press event where it will introduce larger iPhone models
Q: So when did Apple tell MR this?
A: Apple didn't. We DO NOT know this. We are just basing it of rumours. Very plausible rumours but still rumours. Same end result but still misleading.
You guys need to quit your bitching about these types of articles. No, it isn't about an Apple product. But it IS directly related to Apple in that it's their main competition. I, for one, like seeing what the competition is up to without having to go to some Android blog. It's not like these articles flood MR daily.

Your constant complaining is far more annoying than the occasional article about Samsung hardware.
You realise even if this website is partially SamsungRumors.com that is ok by me. I like to read up about Apple's competition. This is not an issue in my opinion.

The real issue is what I quoted above your post. MR (and others) saying what Apple will and won't do before Apple themselves say it. I'm surprised these people are still doing it. This does bother me and it is an issue. The sentences need to be re-worded to be factual (ie based on the rumours which have happened and what Apple has said which has not happened yet).

Yeah huge trouble... They are going to sell 55 million iPhone 6's by the end of the year...

Of course Apple isn't in any kind of trouble. But he is right about innovation, Apple's recent phones have not done anything to leave one with that "blown away" sense. Spec wise, iPhones are solid, but boring. The 6, with bigger screens and new iOS 8 features, might finally show Apple finally moving forward a bit - but we'll see.

If the iPhone 6 is simply a bigger iPhone 5/smaller iPad mini, I will probably grab the edge. I can do what I need and more with the note, and it makes the need of a tablet companion void. Note edge and MBPr.

... and devs taht wont built apps for it cuz there r just too many android devices and this is obvs a niche product

God what a horrible presentation.

Seriously putting my Apple fan inside me away, Apple is legit the pest presenters.

unless its Tim Cook talking, hes the absolutely worst. He talks so slow and in a monotone voice that makes even the most awake people fall asleep. I hope whats his name makes most of the keynote again next week.

I just had on the Sony live stream. At least their CEO speaks with some passion and English! :)

Much more promising and useful devices than the next iPhone 6. Hard to beat the multi-tasking for the Note line.

WhoTF wants to multitask on a phone in separate app windows? I can understand that with tablets, not phones.

Federighi and Schiller I think should do most of it. I think Cook only book ends each keynote cause as CEO it's his job.
