Does this article mean that iPhone5 will not have A6?

Apple should stop giving money to these bottom feeders. Make your own fabrication labs Apple.
It's more like corporations own the State of Texas, from Rick Perry <blech> on down.
Bottom feeders who provide jobs in the US unlike Apple who races to China for production.
I wonder why Samsung doesn't build these factories in China?
Kudo's to Samsung for being the class act they are.
This speaks volumes about their wisdom, strength & fearless confidence.
They may lose the legal skirmish Apple has launched due to Apples power and influence, yet Samsung carries on unfazed by Apples bully tactics.
Too bad Apple feels so needlessly insecure they are still demanding a ban on the sale of Samsung products.
One moment Apple thinks big, creating great things, the next moment they lapse into paranoia and fear of competing fairly in the market place.
Apple is acting so conflicted, they're coming across as an adolescent kid.
This is one very interesting chapter in the evolution of tech circa 2012.
And lack of earthquakes.Kudos for Texas for continuing to attract companies to expand, build new facilities, and promote growth. It's amazing what a business-friendly climate will do for a state.
This plus the 1,000 or so jobs added at the Samsung facility dedicated to Apple's chip... how many US Jobs were created because of Apple?
So if a Korean company thinks it's a good investment to continue with plants in the USA, why doesn't a American company do the same?
This says more about Apple than it does Samsung.
Apple has no confidence in the American manufacturing sector?
I'm moving there next month!Austin is booming!
If you think Samsung would open up that fab in the US if Apple did not enter into a long term minimum purchase agreement, you are fooling yourself.I know you're a big fan of Apple. But not everything comes back to Apple. It's ok - you can admit that Samsung is doing a good thing here by not only updating their facilities - but by creating hundreds of jobs in the process and pouring money into the American economy.
What is up with this victim mentality? Don't believe in this "everything is going to hell" narrative prevalent in the news cycle due to the elections. Intel has plenty of fabs in the US, so does IBM, as well as Global Foundries, formerly known as AMD fabs.So if a Korean company thinks it's a good investment to continue with plants in the USA, why doesn't a American company do the same?
Apple should stop Samsung giving money !

This thread has some of the dumbest posts I've ever read here.

Further - the jobs are being created because of us - the customers. Customers determine the marketplace.

Does it matter who I'm a "fan" of? I'm not saying anything bad about Samsung. This is great that they are investing money in this country. I personally believe that ALL of those companies that become extraordinarily successful because of us American consumers SHOULD be investing more in the US, INCLUDING Apple. And I never said that it all comes back to Apple, just informing some of those posters who insinuate that Apple has done very little to create jobs or bring money into this country.
Read my posts, I havent bashed Samsung for this move. If this does end up creating more jobs, then good for Samsung. I applaud them for the move, but cmon to assume that Apple does nothing for the American worker by some of the posters here is a bit ignorant.
H
I has to be pretty hard for Apple to get over not the mere look and feel copies, but the outright clones of Apple products Samsung manufactures in countries that does not protect IP at all.
