Yeah the difference in connectors needs to end. There should be no reason why their products don’t work out of the box with each other.
The option was nice but I've been used to BT earbuds for so long now this doesn't really matter to me. No more cables to ruin or snag and they sound good enough. So "**** you, I got mine," etc.
Apple are tax evaders, patent abusers and incapable of setting product prices that will enable decent sales. I don't even like Samsung btw
Except that 99% of the posts here are about the S10. The A8 thats mentioned in the article is a mid-range junk phone sold in China.
Maybe next year. The Design Freeze for that model has probably come and gone.
But the year after that???
Those earbuds just go into the drawer of extra Apple thingies we don't use. There are 100x better options that are wired or wireless that are better.
Then provide a source for your claim versus making one like a previous poster did. As multiple sources have stated it does _not_ have one and pictures indicate it doesn’t in addition. If it includes the 3.5 Jack, providing a source would clear the constant confusion others are consistently making without validation, which includes your post.

The only qualm I would have with this attachment, is if this specification list may not be accurate or changed at some point. If you look at the pictures on multiple websites, none of the angles on this A8 have the 3.5 mm Jack, multiple sources have stated it does not include the 3.5 mm Jack. Even though you did provide a source in all technicality, I don’t believe this to be accurate in my own opinion.
The section of the spec I showed you is accurate. I would be interested if you can provide an image of the Galaxy A8 without a headphone jack.
Then why are multiple and verified sources claiming it does not have a 3.5 mm Jack? Are they simply making this information up? Again, I don’t believe your source, as I already stated.
This is the exact picture multiple sites are using as an indicator that it does not include the 3.5 mm Jack, can you tell me anywhere looking at these angles on the phone where the 3.5 mm Jack is? Because I certainly don’t see it.
Wait a minute, your attachment shows this phone as the ‘A8’, not the A8s. Care to attach the actual specification for A8s phone and NOT the A8. Two different phones that are not mutually exclusive.
Haha, we all new it would happen. And the fandroids all denied it. Cracks me up Samsung copies almost every move Apple does.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about technology over the past several years it’s that eventually, everyone ends up copying Apple.

Tax avoidance is quite different than tax evasion. There is a legitimate argument that other companies are the patent abusers, rather than Apple. "Incapable of setting product prices that will enable decent sales"? Have you seen Apple's sales and profits? You may not like them, but Apple clearly doesn't need your or anyone else's help in setting prices or generating enough sales to make them ridiculously profitable.

No, I just wanted to expose your post that you attempted to not distinguish the A8 is not the phone in question, the phone being discussed is A8s, again, two phones are not mutually exclusive or relevant.
iPad has had a keyboard for years before the Surface was even a design. And Samsung has copied way more from Apple than Apple from Samsung sadly, and they have shown it many times.
You wanted to expose my post? It was another poster that failed to distinguish the A8 and the A8s. Try reading the posts correctly before jumping in both feet first. It was fun though
Except, you decided to attach a specification sheet with the A8 Galaxy phone, not the A8s, until I exposed that specific part of your post that you fail to distinguished to me or any other poster. Again, I called you out for your misinformation, no need to dismiss when you were blatantly incorrect.
However, feel free to list the actual specification sheet for the A8s, _that_ I would be interested in reading.
Your beyond belief. You asked me to provide proof of me correcting another poster that the A8 doesn't have a headphone jack. And you kept eating it up. Hook, line and sinker. And even then, the penny still didn't drop
