I thought this was pretty funny. I have always had an iPhone, however for a couples of months this year I did switch to a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra thinking I was finally going to make the change since my work phone is an android and I had gotten used to it, but I ended up going back to my XS and waiting for the 14 Pro Max. I have to say though, the Ultra has a lot of cool features that I personally liked (swiping to go back, complete customization is amazing, s-pen, a great camera with some very good built in editing features, and IMO it's a gorgeous phone both the design and the screen - the s22 ultra specifically), but still a few iPhone features were more important to me (iMessage, Apple CarPlay is way better, and the touted battery life for the max phones). I think both are amazing phones, it truly is just personal preference and some small features can be the deciding factor. If Samsung ever improved the battery life even more, gets improved Android Auto (allegedly coming, but how improved?), and finds a way to make messages between Apple and Android work seamlessly (I know this is Apple not playing nice too) I could see me switching over. On the other hand if Apple ever allows more customization that would keep me much longer, despite Android making any changes. I think the iOS vs Android clique debate is silly, they both excel at certain things and I really think they're both great!
