Of course you're going to see nothing when you're purposely trying not to see it.

Instead of pretending the problem doesn't exist, now would be a good time to voice your concern with Apple and hope they fix the issue with the 6S+

So in other words you don't have a video to show me proof of a non-forced incident of someone's iPhone 6 Plus simply bending in their pocket from normal activity? I didn't think so. Thanks. As usual the argument gets turned around so it's about Apple and not Samsung, which is what this article is about in the first place.

I'm not going to teach you how to use YouTube and Google, man. I'm sure you can figure that out for yourself.

how could anyone prove that? have a camera in their pocket with adequate lighting taping the whole thing?

I wasn't the one making the bold statement in the first place. People want to make bold statements then show proof to back it up, other than some written docs.

Uh, YOU made the bold statement. You need to proof that other than some nonsense documentation. But that's okay. Condescending replies such as yours is indicative of someone who can't backup their statements.

Samsung fanboys be like:Image

The main difference between the majority of iphone owners and samsung galaxy owners is that galaxy owners are able to acknowledge and admit there are faults in samsung products while iphone owners think apple can do nothing wrong.

Go read any galaxy 6/6edge preview/review and there are negative comments about no swappable battery or no sdcard slot.

Go read any bendgate story from last year and iphone users will just say Apple has applecare and the best customer service.

You really dont think iphone6 plus has bent in people front pocket under normal use? I really don't feel the need to convince you

the fact that apple has offered to replace them is proof enough for me

Did I ask you to convince me? I didn't. And maybe you should take a look at the posts that lead up to the one replied me on, because you're way off base.

Ugh, not these comparisons again. Reminds me of the iPhone 4 antenna problems (which I never experienced, BTW) and all the people showing how you can block the antenna similarly on other smartphones.

My (bigger) issue with Antennagate wasn't the issue itself - it was the smoke and mirrors/redirecting routine that Jobs/Apple created to try and get around the issue.

Yes, I did make the statement. Because there is proof. I've seen it with my own eyes.

But I'm not going to sit here and teach someone how to use the Internet. Because anything I give to you, you're just going to find some way to argue it, disprove it, and discredit the source.

I know how this game works.

Oh, I'm soooo sooooo sorry sir. My Bad :roll eyes: . I had no idea that I stated that Apple's phones don't bend at all.
I'll make sure to thumb you up like others are doing even though you're way off base in the way you replied me, because you decided not to read the posts.

So they make fun of Apple for their bendy iPhone as a PR attempt to preserve profits on their older models. Then they try to make a similarly thin and beautiful phone and it bends even worse than the iPhone. Brilliant.

It is brilliant because they know the lazy click bait press will only jump on this story 1/10th as hard as anything negative about Apple.

Right, in other words, you have no proof of your statements. Ciao.

Gimme a BREAK. If someone doesn't hate or dislike their own phone, laptop or desktop, is that proof that they are sheeps? So, only Samsung users are not in cult. The straw man Apple zombie rides again it seems.

There are plenty of specific documented complaints about an Apple product (IOS 3 and 4 nearly bricking of older devices, anti-reflective coating peeling, GPU burning up) on this very site to discredit what you just said.

Legitimate issues get no pushback. Things like "Bendgate"' get a lot of pushback; cause it's a blatant FUD.

I find it so incredibly difficult to comprehend those that affirm that Apple buyers are less discerning as a group despite having the highest income and education; did they inherit their wealth, win the lotto? I'm guessing no, they should thus be on average as discerning as the Android user; except possibly giving value to a different aspect of their phone.

Both Android and Apple users are rational beings and I'm pretty sure they won't buy things against their own interest.

The continued growth of Apple, points to Apple users being, on the whole, generally happy with their products and thus continue buying again and again. Disliking something and buying it again several times, that would be crazy no matter what brand your using.

Not surprised. It is the cost of going thin. The thinner they become the more susceptible they will become to bending. Maybe the manufacturers will have to take a second look as to whether or not they should try going any thinner.

Well of course. It's hardly surprising, but few people actually said that when the iPhone 6+ bent. It was deemed a huge failure, not just dismissed as being a thin device. Samsung will escape the backlash of fat guys on YouTube bending the S6, I'm sure.

No product meets the needs or expectations of everyone. And I imagine that there are very few people who wouldn't complain about SOMETHING with their device. That doesn't equate to hating the device, the manufacturer, etc. If something bothers us, it's pretty much human nature (and the nature of the internet) to complain about it. What I find amusing is trying to determine the "level" of dissatisfaction. Why? Because sometimes it's riddled in hyperbole and other garbage" within the post.

It goes back to the simple matter that people should pick the best device they can for themselves and not be concerned with what someone else has or uses. Wants, needs and desires are different.

It really depends on the forum. This one here is pretty good. I was on another one coughimorecough and I had a thread about my frustration with the ram in my plus. It was immediately locked and I was berated and labeled a troll. All for trying to discuss a flaw that I wasn't fixed in the next version. lol.

I know right, even my mum went "those new iPhones bend don't they" she doesn't even know what a Samsung S6 is, let alone how well it bends.

Doubt it. For a few reasons. Apple is held to higher standards. That's the double edged sword since both the media and Apple themselves have positioning their brand and products that way. When you speak of fine craftsmanship, etc well....

The second reason is because this is now "older" news. Samsung benefits much like a younger sibling does when a rule is broken. Apple got the brunt of the "punishment" - but now that another phone does it - it will be noted and listed as a "these do too."

The Apple Defense Force can be a quite a powerful and scary thing sometimes.

I constantly get accused of being a troll for some of my opinions about Apple products, even though I own and use them on a daily basis.

I just don't see a point in coddling Apple and making excuses for them when they make a flawed product or a bad decision. I want them to create better products, and bringing light to their mistakes is better than ignoring them.

You are right on. As an avid apple user I expect top quality products that last several years with regular use. I don't expect that from Samsung.
