Please update after you get it. I have this same one in my Amazon cart, but won't pull the trigger until reviews come in.
I got this coming Friday , something is better than nothing
Until something official comes along

sad to say it has the halo effect around the edges , but it will do until I can get a better one

I purchased this full coverage screen protector on Amazon, I was pretty happy with it, does cover more than other screen protectors and comes with alignment guide:

MANTO 2-Pack Screen Protector for iPhone SE (2020)

After seeing this post I bought the MANTO screen protectors.

Unfortunately I wasn’t as lucky as this guy :( It’s a great feeling screen protector but I got halo/peeling on both of the included protectors.

Weirdly the halo is only along the right side edge, and worst in the bottom corner.
I also don’t really like that the viewing window is slightly narrower than the screen so the edges get slightly covered up.

Ah well—I have a Flolab screen protector on order I can’t wait for. Too bad their shipping is so unclear and slow.

Sorry it did not work out for you. I have put quite a few of them on for friends and family and I have gotten quite good at it but I still like to have a couple on hand in case stuff like this happens.

I think the Flolab ones are the best out there and you should be happy with it. Their customer service is good but their shipping times leave something to be desired. Good Luck!

Same here, I'm pretty 'fluent' in screen protector installs. Glad it worked for you though!
I'm just glad to have something passable and protective until my FloLab does come.

This SE is my baby... and I want to keep it new for as long as possible! LOL

Hi Newbie here but I recently ordered the new SE so I have been following this thread.

I have ordered these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/iPhone-Scr...onics&sprefix=Mintotau,electronics,249&sr=1-1

They are film instead of tempered glass, therefore after reading this thread I predicted these would fit. My phone is on the way but the review attached reinforces my optimism. Hopefully a good option while waiting for a glass one.

Newbie here also. I am currently holding off on buying the SE 2 until a screen protector is compatible.

Nice find! This looks promising. 😀

Please give an update once it arrives. If all goes well I will also purchase this.

I received my protectors yesterday. Pretty sure it's Alium brand from Amazon (I put the box upstairs). Sadly, they don't fit either - I have the halo. I was excited because just setting it on top it looked like it would fit, so the screen curve must be real slight.

At any rate, I'm leaving it until something comes out that fits. It drive me a little nuts, but I'd rather it than a scratched/scuffed screen.

Love that idea, but they don't deliver to the US, and I had no luck searching for it from another seller.

I have the expensive Zagg one coming with anti bacterial and blue light protection. Let’s hope this expensive screen protector works! I’m using a regular glass one from Zagg and it is lifted all on the edges. I asked their customer service and they said the one I bought should work. We’ll see...

this one is marketed as 'halo free' and some user reviews report success.. very tempted to give it a try

amfilm is generally pretty good, too

It doesn’t cover the edges of the screen. That is how they can say “no halo.”

Thanks will keep an eye on his channel, I cant believe there are so few screen protector out there that work well, I don't think this has been an issue on any other iPhones before
Yeah, it’s crazy. I hope it gets resolved soon, hopefully by the end of the month.

I got my SE today and tried the same Spigen that I have on my wife's iPhone 8 as fits her phone perfect. As others have said, the halo effect is definitely there on the SE so I'll be following this thread hoping that someone find one that fits.

I tried JETech, Spigen, and Belkin and all three has the same halo issue.

I bought a few from Best Buy yesterday on my way home (had some store credits to burn) - Insignia, Armor Edge, and Zagg. Didn’t expect any of them to work, but the first one I tried (Insignia) laid down perfectly with no halo. I didn’t have to manipulate it at all, it laid down clean the first time. It doesn’t look any more narrow than the others I have tried (besides Spigen, who might just have a bad batch of these as theirs was clearly too wide), so I honestly don’t know what it is about the others that aren’t gripping properly on the edges.

FWIW, when I ordered it online, it said it was for the 2nd Gen SE, but when they handed me the box (curbside pickup), it said iPhone 8.

So I didn’t get to try the Zagg or Armor Edge (Best Buy’s Zagg competitor). But the Insignia laid down perfectly. 🤷‍♂️

Insignia worked perfectly the liittle tool was a little off but laid with minimal effort. a bit pricey but worth it. thank jntdroid

I'm tempted to try the Insignia one but $25 is a stupid price. I may wait a little longer to see if others like Spigen come out with a revised version that fits.

I have an insignia coming in the mail today from Best Buy but I had a 5$ off coupon. I’ll update after I install.

I bit the bullet and ordered the FloLab SE screen protector as well since I also wanted one for my Apple Watch from there. Let me know how your install goes since I know that you will get your first.

Also for others ordering from FloLab, I found out if you add item to cart and enter your email but don’t check out, they will send you email with coupon to finish checking out after a while. My procrastination paid off for once! 😀
