Sept 20th orders with October ship date, Apple.com buyers. [MERGED]

For those who had their gold phones already, how long does it take from "preparing for shipping" to "shipped" ?????
If you're lucky, it should ship tomorrow sometime in the early morning (1-4 am EDT). Foxconn seems to have made a habit of shipping out on Fridays.

I hope we are lucky. I'll be hoping I get alerted in the middle of the night with a shipment email.
Took mine around a full day. I'm sure it can vary but I assume 12 to 24 hours.
Man checking my order status is getting depressing. I just want my card charged!! Lol never have I ever said that before. Still IN PROCESSING. I ordered 3 Oct so I know...but still supposed to ship b/w today 24th and 28th Monday. delivers on 1 NOV. guess it'll be Monday. (Im)patiently waiting
16gb gold Verizon. Ordered originally the 20th at 9pm, cancelled for failed in-store pickup, reordered on October 8th at 6am.

Ordered 8 iphone 5s GOLD AT&T all 16gb, all say preparing for shipment but I never got an email, weird! I ordered between September 23-25.
Looks like Apple is on the ball today!

Right now it says delivers November 4th... But I hope UPS is able to get it here quicker by Halloween or next Friday the latest.

High five! I had no updates or anything positive to say, just lurked in the shadows! Haha. I've never been so worked up over any electronic device. I'm guessing you still love yours?
