Just coming back from the Covent Garden store in london. They did have a bit of stock of most Series 2. I picked up a silver 42 with the nylon band. It showed as low stock but apparently still a few available.

Just spoke with Currys and they have not had any stock from Apple and they do not know when they will either! Advised if I don't hear anything in 2 weeks they will refund my money - shocking. I will wait until Monday and if nothing heard I will request a refund.

John Lewis made a complete hash of their pre-order process. 4 days of "Available to buy 8am on 16th September 2016", followed by "Out of Stock" yesterday. Turns out the problem was that they attached the pre-order information (where it told you that you could order from 8pm on the 14th until 8pm on the 15th) to the Series 1 pages!

Called my local JL store this morning and was told that no stores have any physically in stock nationwide, but additional warehouse stock might be going up online today. Well that hasn't materialised. Also heard a rumour that they might be getting additional stock on the 19th...

Just seen that Currys have reduced the price of Series 0 watches to £189 for 38mm and £229 for 42mm. Not a bad saving to be quite honest and there's stock around the corner. Tempting as I really want a play with watch OS 3 more than anything, could cancel my Apple order and save £170!

Basingstoke Apple store have hardly anything left. Zero stock of Series 1 but a couple of Series 2 but only Rose gold, SS Milanese Loop and Space Black SS Milanese. I have been wanting an Apple Watch for a while so treated myself to SS Milanese, didn't go with intention of dropping £700 on one but what the hell, only live once:)

Is there any information on how to transfer to the new watch? I got the iPhone 7 earlier today and I've transferred my old watch to the new iPhone. My new watch will arrive shortly but I can't find anything on Apple's website to say how to transfer to it.

I'm also tempted by this, though I wasn't planning to purchase Series 2.

It's here! 42mm SG Series 2!

Yeah for John Lewis its poor. I was going to get my wife a Series 1 and at 8pm on the 14th up they popped, perfectly. But they then put a few in stock last night of the series 2, they did have the Rose Gold 38mm with pink sand strap forin stock, about 10 I think but they went in 15 minutes, ditto the Black SS.

The 8am on the 16th was just a pure tease.

I'm not holding out any hope I'm just going to wait for mine to come from Apple on the 30th I will appreciate it more. :)

Yep, sounds like a bit of a poor display all round for JL, which is a shame, you can normally rely on them.

Really wish I took the hit and went for the ceramic this time and not another sport

Take it back! There's time :D

Only just got to open it, what a hectic day! More ceramic pics coming later today! :D
I also have had a hectic day but i DID wear it all day. I also bought it on my original apple watch and to spend that much off my wrist felt .... mental.

I wondered what had happened. This really annoyed me. Because I came to order today at 8am and it said out of stock!

Essentially turn it on show it to your iPhone's camera, pick "new watch" or "from backup" and boom! It's really quick too :D

Nice surprise that the Ceramic comes with a Charging Dock! :)

(It's amazing what £1300 gets you isn't it...)

My 42mm stainless steel Milanese due for delivery 26-28th is now preparing for dispatch! ... hope it comes earlier, although the estimated delivery date is still the same

Interesting that Apple orders seem to be quicker than expected but other retailers haven't even got stock!
