SGP NEO HYBRID EX is now available

I have to agree with ZipZap. The case looks and fits great but I wish they used the same material as the Apple bumper to provide that extra grip.

i first had a speck candyshell, only because that was my favorite case on the 3GS. wasnt the case for the ip4. then the free pixelskin hd arrived and i was using that for awhile, but it was still bulky and wasnt the slim case i was looking for, plus it totally covered up the awesome cover i had on the back of my ip4. then i saw the neo hybrid EX and that was it. no stickky rubber to cling in your pockets, skim fitting and bumper style to show the back of my ip4.

the edge of the case keeps the ip4 screen elevated when placed on a surface, the silicon is nice and doesnt get sticky in your pockets.

the charger hole is an EXACT fit for an apple charger, same goes for headphone plug.

obviously this case isnt going to give you complete protection, look else where, but for slim, form fitting case this is much better than the bumpers.

I plan my phone to look the same, but with silver (your bumper looks gunmetal). Still happy with it? What carbon fiber back is that?

Still waiting for my yellow and carbon back combo to come in. Is the "carbon" back smooth or is there a texture to it? It seems a little in the thicker side, which I like.

Yeah thanks buddy. Could you Photoshop a black one which is pretty easy I'd assume. Also maybe some sort of dark grey? Thanks!

Thanks a TON for that mockup. I felt the yellow looked amazing with the black stock back.... but I'm not so sure about the way it looks with yellow. I may end up ordering my tried and true red/white combo with the Dante Red. Anyone else think it'll look good with a white back?

I've been really busy so I haven't taken a picture of my phone... but I basically have a LuckyLabs v2 Red wrap around, with a Scosche BandEdge, which shows the red on the inside since it's a see through case. The backing is iResq's white back plate covered on Powersupport Crystal front/back. When I get a chance to take clear pictures, I will.

My problem is the Scosche is such a tight fit that it really messes with the LuckyLabs side decals when you are putting it on. Basically, the decals will get messed up wherever you "push in" the phone into the case. This is why I'm considering the SGP NH EX. It achieves the same look I'm currently using without the somewhat peeled lucky labs decals on the inside.

Oh yeah, I gotta add that I'm a junky for White/Red and Black/Red combos... I had the red Alumacase when it was first released... but after trying countless amounts of things to "make that case work with proper reception", I gave up and went with the Scosche... but now this is shipping and I'm really itching to pull the trigger.

Sounds like a good set up, definitely take some pictures, as well when you get your hybrid ex as well!

There is some texture. Feels very nice.
 
I also see a version of their Neo Hybrid with an Apple logo cutout. Is that new?

Yep, I'm still waiting for mine to come in.
 
just got my satin silver, its looks great on the phone and a very tight fit
just dreading the day i will have to take it off! the thing is soo tight it wont budge! doesnt help that i have the sgp side protection on
still my favourite case so far
 
Are these still on pre order or are they shipping instantly?? And do you think if I bought a white one it could come with a black silicone as part of the 2 piece design instead of the white?
